The Covert Reaserch item can also be handed in to HANDSHAKE for similar rewards. That quest is called RECLAMATION. It seems bugged where the Hand Over button doesn't work.

I followed a few streamers who participated in the playtest process before the game was released. I took screenshots and notes about the game's quests while I had time. Some streamers couldn't find the quest key, some got bored with the quests and went to pvp. I didn't expect someone to make a guide for the starting city quests this early. I was thinking that they would probably share screenshots in discord groups or on the forums. Thank you Gingy for taking the time to make a guide video. I would also like to comment under this comment and contribute a few things, if you find it noteworthy, you can use it for the guide. ( I think my first comment was considered spam because the deepl link was added automatically, this is my second comment )

1- There are a few points that I think you should pay attention to as some mission locations are unlocked with a private key. Based on my guesses and the content I've seen from different streamers, even if you find some mission locations, you can't find the key. Because there is no rule in the logic of the game that the keys will come out of the equipment of the gang members/local military forces in the mission location or near the mission location. I think the process of adding the mission key starts after you accept the mission and approach the relevant locations. When you shoot a gang member patrolling too far away from you, or for every dead gang member you don't control, you take a risk. On the contrary, if you control the gang members you kill even if they are far away from you. They may even drop the key to future missions that you haven't accepted yet. A small reminder that the rooms with keys contain relatively most equipment, weapons and medical boxes. The contents of some rooms will not be to your liking.

2- To talk about the game's health system and players' experiences. The game makers have announced that they are working on a ballistic system with real calculations and that they have built a realistic health system in the game. According to this system, there is no difference between the gang member and your character in terms of health. I don't want to criticize the fact that some gang members die with 30 bullets at this stage of the game, because there are more troublesome issues for the players. For example, when you enter the perspective of local soldiers at a short distance, they can shoot you directly. They can open fire even if the barrel of their gun is not facing you. Going back to the health system, I think there are two conditions for certain death in the game. The first is to take one or more shots to the head and critical organs. The second is to die from coma due to excessive blood loss after multiple non-lethal shots. To enter a coma, it is enough for your blood level to drop from 5000 to below 2500. If we make a deduction, it makes a certain amount of sense for the AI in the game to be that much harder to die as there is no possibility of going into a coma. 3- I was thinking of writing an explanation for medical items in order, but I changed my mind when I saw videos on youtube that explain the health system and items much better. I felt the need to say the only points that were not mentioned in this topic. 1) As the number of bleeds increases, the type of bleed that appears on the top left of our screen changes. Multiple bleeding means a rapid drop in blood level and if you don't use the tourniquet in time, you will fall into a coma and die. Remember that tourniquets have faster animations than bandages, but unlike bandages they do not heal the wound and only stop the bleeding. 2) First level wounds and possibly second level (medium wound) wounds heal themselves over time. When the number of uses of your bandage is insufficient at a very bad time, you can wait for the bleeding to stop on its own. The level one bleeding you received when the firefight that started minutes ago is over may be seconds away from healing itself, so don't rush to use it. 3) There is a bruise issue that is not understood by many people that causes you to feel pain (hurt) in the game. Bullets that hit the body armor or helmet area and fail to penetrate cause a bruise at the point of impact. This is often mistaken by players for an open gunshot wound and bandages are used to help. I'm sure the only thing to worry about with bruising is the remaining condition of your armor. The pain it causes will heal on its own over time, you can use painkillers if you want. Although I am not sure, the energy of the bullet itself can cause bleeding under the armor protection. I tried to explain the points that can be overlooked in the health system. In order to spend quality time and have fun in the game, you should experience some things yourself. You should always put an object and a distance between you and the enemy just to survive. Because the motto of this game is every step, every move is valuable. As the structures of Turkish and English are very different, some parts of the translation may be awkward. I hope it was useful for those who took the time to read it. If I buy the game and clear some of the question marks myself, maybe I will prepare an article-oriented guide.
