I have the STIHL GTA 26 battery-powered pruner. Love it! Lightweight and great cutting performance. My husband has "real" chainsaws and he even uses it on our property. Buy an extra battery so you always have one charged up and ready to go.

So many wonderful gift ideas for any special occasion, not just Christmas. Can you imagine getting those stunning Garden Chairs as a wedding gift or for a new home purchase? I'd be over the moon! The birdbath called to me as well. I gifted myself earlier this year with a Saker mini electric chainsaw; lithium battery operated. That thing can cut down a small tree as well, and is so very easy to use and operate. Looking forward to checking out your gardening friends' channels this Winter. I'd love a load of soil and someone to move it over to my planting area - by the big old tree trunk. For the past few years I've been gardening in potting soil bags placed on pallets (no judging please) . It works and brings so many hummingbirds into this spot which I can see from my living room. I'd love to be able dig and plant wherever in this area. That's my dream gift. Happy Holidays everyone.

Wow fun video Erin, thanks for that and a load of ideas for sure...... I was lucky enough, through my job to actually work at Haws once a year. They're an old family run firm not far from where I live and when they found out I loved to garden, gifted me with the most beautiful enamelled watering can. Its a deep burgundy and always looks gorgeous just popping out, wherever I've left it ❤ So for me, seeing them pop up on your video, just brought back the happy moment I was gifted my can 😘

Some great gift ideas. I particularly liked your suggestion of the Dan Benarcik garden chairs, especially when you said they are great alternative to Adirondack chairs. The cedar Adirondacks I bought over 15 years ago have finally given up the ghost, and I was looking for something to replace them. When I saw these gorgeous chairs in this video, I immediately went to his website to check them out. Unfortunately, they are way out of my budget and not something I would suggest to anyone to gift to me. However, I was very happy to see that they have the plans for them which I fully intend to add to my Christmas list. It's well within budget and a terrific project which I could work on either in the winter in my workshop or in the back yard in summer, doubling the enjoyment. Love it! Thank you, so much, for another terrific video. Also, great to see all the other gardeners.

I so much could relate to Jay - I feel like there are so many tasks that need done that I dont want to spend the time doing. To improve on what @GardenFork showed w/ the DeWalt chainsaw, I HIGHLY recommend a cordless reciprocating saw (mine happens to be DeWalt, but get whatever brand you have so batteries can be used interchangeably w/ other tools). I have felled 20yo trees w/ mine. I removed lots of volunteer trees. When the blade gets dull, simply replace it. I use the old blades to cut through tree roots that are in my way, because we all know blades shouldn't touch soil. Happy Christmas!
