The Salty Express, i absolutely love that part of this vlog. Hilarious. And also does anybody still remember the old Mississipi Fun Boat ride that used to operate in the UK. It was basically a fun house ride but on a boat. That fun house ride earlier reminded me of it. I think the last time i visited Great Yarmouth was at least 25 years ago when i was a teenager. Great Vlog though.

@@ThemeParkWorldwide There was plans to cover the log flume with a mountain theme, however the developers ran out of money. I'm sure there used to be a design plan in the log flume station on how it should of looked?

Ha 😆 Haaaaa😂 The Salty Express It fits the log flume criteria lol 😆 Aww Bless poor Charlotte, I must admit us viewers gotta give Charlotte the benefit of the doubt for her bravery courage going on all the log flume rides for us TPWW fans even though she secretly loves the rides but not where she gets completely drenched. The last time I’ve been to PB Gr8 Yarmouth I was 26, The PB rollercoaster is always been really amazing endlessly fun ride, I love the new colourful bright yellow trains with all the different planting however to enhance the ride. As an observation I think that inside the construction wooden bare walls they could really utilise it with decorative theming perhaps put in a colourful light changing tunnel hmm 🤔 Anaways Thank you for another fantastic adventurous vlog Shawn, can’t wait to see your Spanish vlogs soon.

Just visited Gt. Yarmouth today and kept my eyes open for the two of you. I live in Norwich and the Scenic Railway was the first coaster I ever went on. Good to hear that you enjoyed the circus - one of very few in the world to have a ring that lowers for the water spectacle at the end of the show. Has to be cranked up by hand after time it's lowered. Glad you've enjoyed the trip to Norfolk and Suffolk and hope you got a chance to view a few Banksy's that appeared over the last couple of weeks as part of Banksy's spraycation!

Love Yarmouth Pleasure Beach!! Spent many summers here as a kid!! That second drop on the coaster through the woodwork has always been my favourite!! Wish they would do more with the far end of the park though. I can still remember the the Water chute back there used to love a ride on that!

This has brought back some long forgotten memories. I thought the fun house seemed similar to a very vague memory I have and the moment you showed the big apple it all came back. My second ever coaster with my first being the ladybird at Wicksteed park. Thanks for bringing back some great memories :)

I went to Pleasure Beach a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I absolutely fell in love with Rollercoaster, what an amazing ride!! Couldn’t believe how good it was! And I also loved the snails. Couldn’t believe how good the ghost train was as well, very surprising. I agree that 3 hours isn’t long enough. Great vlog!

11:05 The Lightening 360 is very interesting. Wish more amusement parks had a ride similar to Lightening 360. Reason is they give you a joystick and you are in control of your vehicle. Most similar rides don't have a joystick and you are not in control onboard.

Went here yesterday. Absolutely loved it. Roller Coaster 6 times (4 of which in a row). Still one of my favourite coasters. Had a chat with the brake person on ride. They were alternating them during the day as it was only on one train. Rides so differently dependant on who the brake person is. Love it.

As much as I complain about living in Great Yarmouth, we do have a lot to keep everyone entertained here. Charlotte, how can you need a break from log flumes?! They're continuing with the sessions this year. Which is a shame, as we used to easily manage all day in the park. But it's still plenty of time to fit all of the rides in :) During the halloween event, they had live actors not only around the park, but actually on the Snail ride.

Hi shawn and Charlotte I went to the pleasure beach last year . I got 4 hours for £12.50 really good bargain. Although maybe should be going back to normal soon . I came to great Yarmouth this year as well back in July didn't go in the pleasure beach as I was with my husband and he is not into rides lol 😁. I always love it when you go there it holds so many memories for me as a child spending many holidays there . The rollercoaster was my 1st ever back in 1977 I was 7 and I went on with my Mum and Dad we all got in one car I don't know how we fitted lol 😂. You two are amazing thanks for sharing with us. The Salty Express! What a brilliant name for the log flume! We love Great Yarmouth pleasure beach. They have really upped their game during covid. We went to their new halloween event last year and it was so good. Such a great atmosphere. The snails refurb is excellent. There is a video on their youtube channel about how they did the refurb that we found very interesting to watch.

Thanks for your reply on your last video. Ok, the Big Dipper, my uncle actually painted it, the outside of it back in the late 70’s, early 80’s. Not only that, before that he worked at Chessington and used to run the remote control boats. My brother and I used to spend weekends helping him and used to spend most of our day helping on the ghost train they used to have. We even used to hide in the ride and jump out on unsuspecting riders. I’d love to hear if anyone who rode it back in the day, remembered two stupid kids scaring the life out of them lol. Love you both, best two on you tube.

This was my 1st roller coaster when i was a child,8/9yrs old, tried to get off top of the hill lol, my Dad had to grab me and i hid, head down all the ride, hated every second!! i still do not like rc now and im 53 now lol, i live my rc through you and Charlotte x

i took my kids to the pleasure beach for the first time on the 17th was a great day (except for the rain). wish we could have had a longer day there if didnt have to travel 2hrs home after. we did joyland as well was brilliant.
