I really enjoyed playing on Moldergrove this year. By far the best part of it is the 3v3 shitfest which almost always ends with a mini sentry or a power class and a medic. The layout has so many great flank routes, apart from that one that puts you on the roof - that one is far too powerful. Personally, I find the pits below the point and to the side of the map fun as people (spies, mainly) don't know they exist, yet my flamethrower does. But the best part about the map is how it strays away from bosses and pumpkin bombs. We can all agree that boss spam is fucking annoying at best and actual nightmare fuel at worst, but pumpkin bombs are an underused tool. Moldergrove doesn't spam them around (like in the backyard area of Bloodwater, which has 7 in one fucking courtyard) and they can actually be fun to use. From the unique maps this year, I really find Moldergrove underrated as it is very reminiscent of 2fort if it was KOTH and halloween themed (basically, TDM).

2020 is my favorite since it was my first scream fortress, i didnt even know what scream fortress was and i just woke up and saw the tab and joined a random match that was a halloween map, it added some of my favorite halloween maps, and, it was really early so i got to have the best scream fortress experience. over 28 completley fresh tf2 maps that i didnt even know exsisted and all new cosmetics to try out. i didnt even know that the gamemode was going to end. i cant tell you how sad i was when i logged on to tf2 after school and my heavy wasn't wearing his bird head, i was so sad and confused and thought maybe my game bugged, but as i would come to find out, scream fortress had ended. it made me deeply sad but then smissmas 2020 came in and saved the day with it being one of the largest christmas updates for tf2 ever released. 2020 was a great year for tf2, even though it had all the bots and cheaters, it is still the year that i fell in love with this game.

I started playing tf2 in 2020. My fav. Halloween map is megalo, and my least fav. Halloween maps are the *existing map but spooky*, since, well, it's not particularly engaging comparatively.

I would say worst Halloween map is definitely Ghost Fort. 40 minutes per round of koth. All you need to know to get that it's the worst that isn't ynknow, downright busted.

Ok, you're gonna have to deal with a bad opinion but for a good reason so just stay with me here Halloween 2020 sucked. But it's not because of tf2. But because of the players and my luck, like, this year on Halloween (my first one in tf2) every time I tried something sneaky or even just turned a corner at Least 2 pyros fuckin stormed me several times per match on multiple matches.
