These lamb koftas look so mouthwatering! I’ve never made anything like this before, but your video gives me confidence to try it out.

pretty solid - I might have added some sumak, cinnamon and nutmeg as well - definitely would add some minced white onion in with the lamb mince as well

Living in Thailand it’s hard to make these dishes. Visiting Melbourne in a month. These will definitely be on the must cook list. 🤤

Can this work well with beef. Because I am not a big fan of lamb.

Im sure it will. Just don't use the extra lean stuff as it might be too dry. Could do half beef and half pork for extra juiciness

Starting with the word Kofta. People dont find this Greek in anyway. Is a nice looking dish though
Nagi, what you have made, are not koftas. Kofta and kebab are not Greek words and are not used by Greeks. What you made in this video, Greeks call them "soutzoukakia"

@@Aquarian55 are you trying to tell me that you are smart or a comedian with your "lol"? I did not say it's a Greek word; I said Greeks call them "soutzoukakia". I am well aware that it comes from the Turkish word sujuk or sucuk. After being under Turkish rule for 400 years, many Turkish words and names, have found their way into the Greek language.

Aren't koftas and kebabs supposed to be different?
