So if you bet your weeks wages (Your weel's fortune) on a 50/50 (50/50 not including roulette zero) clour bet on a roulette wheel and it won or lost. That could be Tyche? LOL. Nothing to do with chance but the will or influence of Tyche! So not much point to the existence of Tyche/Fortuna as there are no garantees. No proofs upfront that your dice most certainly will land on the six the next throw.
