Great looking spider stuart, this was one of the first species i raised when i first started. The pattern/colors of the slings is very cool too!

I have 2 females sisters who are just turning adult from SA so gonna be rehousing both soon as they molt . I definitely like to watch you and others rehouse to get some hopefully easier ideas. Your girl is beautiful.

@@sharonbrecker9194 thank you for tuning in and watching. It’s one of the nicest tarantulas to rehouse in my opinion. Remember to keep them on the drier side with a light mist on their webbing on one small section and keep water bowl topped up. They don’t like too much moisture and humidity

Why was her old enclosure full of roaches roaming around? She looked incredibly stressed... Really nice new enclosure but has it got any ventilation?Nice video and beautiful gbb!

@@lovemytarantulas the red runners were hiding under her webbing and were not visible. She was eating more than one at a time, so after the last 6 weeks a couple must of sought shelter under her webbing unfortunately. The new enclosure are the same as all my other enclosures and are custom made by a South African tarantula specialist and yes there is ventilation slits in the enclosure. In terms of stress, rehousing can be stressful for a lot of spiders, but she has settled nicely in her new enclosure and webbed up all anchor points and feeding like a monster
