I love Green Fig Salad. My mom is old school and this is one of her recipes she introduced to me. It is better than potato salad for me. It goes really good with anything especially fish or BBQ

Yes Yes I love green fig salad, another way to get that natural 'iron' in your body too. Will have to try it with honey mustard. I don't know if this is a known fact among my sister isles but, whenever you hand peeling the greenfig u pour a likkle bit of vegetable oil or baby oil in your hand and u rub out di sticky sap from your hand, it only takes about 2 minutes and you wash wif soap.
