I just rescued a very similar 6x8 from a house that was scheduled to be torn down. Luckily the greenhouse was out of harm's way but I still had to get it off the lot sooner than later. I pretreated all the nuts and bolts overnight with penetrating oil to break any rust. I had to drill out a few stubborn bolts but that went quickly. The screws used to anchor the greenhouse to the foundation ruined three bits. They were very rusty but reacted like stainless. My titanium bits didn't make a dent! Thanks to your vid I was able to break the house down with the four sides intact. Before breaking it down I marked all the pieces with numbers or symbols to make sure that they will go back together properly. Sadly on the last side (door side) the base rail was completely rusted and fell apart. I have a plan for repair and it should be fine. Mine has fiberglas panels which are intact although slightly yellowed. They should work for now but I'll watch your glass vid for future reference in case I decide to upgrade :)

You are a star. This was about the fifth vjdeo I found after I was given a greenhouse which I dismantled without any thought of getting it back together Looking at the pile of filthy aluminium spars in my garden I thought this is a mistake, but you saved the day with the construction manual download. Like you I hadn't noticed the embossed part numbers so when my replacement clips and bolts arrive, rebuilding should take about 5 hours less than working blind. It is a Halls Greenhouse if anyone else is interested. I am now a subscriber.

Nice video 👍Where abouts did you find the model/brand of greenhouse to get the instructions? I picked up a second hand one like yours but it was already dismantled so i hqve no clue how it came apart! can't seem locate anything to ID it for the instruction manual. Slowly realising it'll be a nightmare without it!😂

Well done. I picked up exactly the same greenhouse for free and currently putting it together and using your video to help the jigsaw puzzle. Its really helped. Also I have some missing glass (broke 2 panes in the learning process) do you know what size glass this is? The main square ones?

Just feed back from some who has never done something like this before, it would of been helpful to be shown bolts, the size, what tool used, what the glass clips looks like and how the work

The steel nuts won't go rusty but they will corrode the aluminum frame by galvanic corrosion. If you can't find aluminium nuts then use some of the black tape you have there so you don't have steel touching aluminium.

Some of the glass in my greenhouse was broken over time so I replaced them with polycarbonate panels. The only downside is that they have to be well secured otherwise the winter storms will blow them out.

Yeah I’m not keen on poly panels but they are cheaper than glass.
