Tears are a flowing. I finally see that something is being done to make schools safer. There is so much I want to say and can say but, I would go on forever. So, I'll keep it simple. Thank you Mathew McConaughey, Camila and everyone involved in making this Bill happen. "Make the lives of those lost matter." That is the message he heard from the people of Uvalde that mimics many people from around the country. Camila and Mathew took that message to Washington where Mathew gave a heartbreaking speech pleading and demanding that something has to be done. The time is now. The room was so quiet as he told personal stories of the victims, survivors, the families, and the community. I will never forget this speech as it hauntingly told the details of that day and the days after this horrific mass shooting took place. This is a speech I NEVER wanted to HEAR but, WE NEEDED TO HEAR IT. I can't express enough how thankful I am.

This is so beautiful. Thanks to Matthew and Camila. Thanks also to Mathew for his "Art of Livin" program. I went through it once and plan to do it again--and I am a life long skeptic of self-learning. Mathew's work is consistently about lifting other people up. The processes he uses help others to change, changes more than one life l; he supports others in supporting others. Thanks also to the grieving parents of Uvalde. Their focus on making their children's lives matter will make it easier to make all children's lives matter. And that, in a culture that is so deeply divided, is something we can all agree needs to happen.

Nicely done and should have been part of the initial grant program. A program that is one of the best "band-aide" approach to working on the symptoms of school shootings I have seen. Next step, perhaps a real solution to mass shootings. {one can hope}

Furthermore if the prisons that are financed by the tax payer to safeguard the public from harm. Why is it not equally as important to protect our upcoming generation from danger.
