I always wanted to live this aesthetically pleasing lifestyle .. a life far away from money, status, dependencies, and worries. I can give away anything just to live like her. I think there comes a point in everyone's life when you start giving more value to small things like peace of mind and satisfaction, which in my opinion no amount of money can bring. I hope someday I will spend my day close to nature and far away from any worries and I think that's the true essence of living.

I believe that if there is one main reason that so many of us do not connect with the earth and with one another, it is the fact that we are constantly consumed by our lives of desperation. It is impossible to “stop and smell the roses” when you’re running from an uncontrolled, wind-fed fire. That’s what life feels like for so many of us. When it’s all you can do to pay your rent/mortgage, your utility bills, your monthly auto and homeowners insurance, your phone bills, your credit card payments, to put gas in your car, AND to buy groceries on what’s left, your stress level is off the charts. Stress and crippling fear become synonymous. When I encounter people who are lighthearted and calm, I immediately want to see their income and their monthly expenses. In these turbulent and uncertain times, possessing a sense of wellbeing seems to be a luxury reserved for those who are financially stable.

It is true that the pace of the world has become so fast today, almost impossible to keep up with the demands and challenges placed upon us. And yet, if we don't carve out this simple moments of appreciation, in which we take just a few minutes to quiet the mind, we will run the risk of burn out. @@ReflectionsofLife I know it’s true. The most difficult thing to do when you’re drowning in an ocean of stress is to calm yourself enough to surface so you can breathe. Panic is a natural response when you are disoriented and lost. As you pointed out, placing a priority on doing whatever is necessary to find that calming breath is the key-be it through meditation, a walk in the woods, or simply by spending time with a purring cat in your lap. Anything that removes you from stressful activities or situations will be medicinal.

It’s helped me with my depression and the way I view life now and with this new amazing energy I’ve collected, I’ve subconsciously passed it on to my hubby without him even knowing just from explaining what I’ve been experiencing and how I view things now. My favourite of all your videos so far. THANK YOU !! Nature is so bountiful and just pure bliss! She expresses her deep connection with nature/Earth, in a way that echoes off (resonates) my own heart. I love nature so deeply. Nature understands me. It communicates. To feel so in touch with nature, is apparently not something most people get. (Unless they're wired like this as well.) I in turn, don't understand them. So no judgement. Truthfully, I battle to live life in this world where everything is about power and things and money. The noise and "plastic" of the man-made world, are driving me insane at times. Not even joking. People like us, have been pushed aside and misunderstood as wacko, coo coo !. So the most difficult thing is to love ourselves. Thankfully I am in this process of healing and acceptance of who I am.
