Thank you for your kind message. We are glad you like our videos. We are sorry that we cannot always provide Greek subtitles but we rely on volunteers and sometimes the person that assists us is away or busy. Or we might not have anyone that can assist us. But whenever possible, we add Greek subtitles. Maybe try the 'Auto Translate' function of KZbin if we have not added Greek subtitles, it can give you some insight as to what is said. Here some assistance to set it up: Make sure that the CC button (next to the Settings wheel) is ON. Click the Settings/Wheel button in bottom or top right corner of the video - then select 'Subtitles/CC' or ‘Captions’ - then select 'Auto Translate' and choose Greek. We hope this helps you and that we can share many more videos with you. Warmest hugs, Justine and Michael. 💚

I just turned 70 in late December and I was very very upset. It seemed unbelievable to me. And I have done shadow work!! But this number still hit me like an iron frying pan. Then....once I finally FELT through the newness of such an auspicious decade, I took a deep breath and RELAXED. I am proud to say my age and I smile when I do. Thank-you for this wonderful video about a time in our lives, if we are lucky enough to embrace and enjoy. Sending hugs out to all the women who have recently turned 70.❤❤❤

That's terrible advice. We all need to look back and see the mistakes we made and try to redeem them as we can. If you went around hurting people even accidentally, you should acknowledge that because maybe you're still doing the same things. The shadow side is work that needs to be done to be healthy. So we don't continue the problem of hurting others.

When I was younger I understood that my mother sacrificed herself so that the people around her wouldn’t be troubled. There’s a deep wound in our culture…we are encouraged to take what we want. My sisters ran towards their own lives chattering about what mom did or did not “get right”. It would have saved us all so much pain if they would have simply loved her 🤷‍♀️I love the wisdom of this woman…she’s done the hard work…she’d be a great friend❤️👋🇨🇦

You may not have shared the same experience with your mom. It’s happens. I felt the same as you for many yrs but as I got into my 40s now 50s and after alot of reflection and some therapy along the way they have a right to their feelings and express them. It’s not fair for me to negate them for any reason. Life and emotions can be messy. Reality is we don’t know what we don’t know. If we sense our experience/feelings in a relationship are being dismissed or minimized it causes resentment and only inflames how we feel. That’s not saying any of us do this to others incl family consciously or with I’ll intent but it may not feel that way to others. For me slowly over yrs I’ve learned more compassion and forgiveness for others incl my family (not to ignore or make OK any hurt caused.) It’s let me put myself in their shoes even a bit. Peace and health on your path and with your family.

This is really life changing for me, I love these videos. I’m 21 about to be 22 and I’ve been through a lot of change in the last few years that’s been very confusing and overwhelming. I’ve struggled to give myself credit for all that I’ve been through and lived in my head every single day thinking about what’s gone now and denying that pain because I care for it so much and anticipating the future and whether or not my dreams will come to fruition. Then there’s the thoughts of death that could come at any moment, so I’m doing my best to be as real as I can and live my life in the present moment and enjoy it as much as possible for myself while being kind to everyone I meet and sharpening my talents to share with the world/leave behind. I carry so much shame and guilt that I can’t seem to let go of despite knowing I was doing my best at each time with what I knew… constantly striving to be better because it’s a race against the clock in my chest. I’ve been in isolation for a while now too, I’ve had friends to talk to but I just feel so alone and so badly long to experience so many beautiful things and laugh while being my unapologetic self again with people who can do the same, but I worry if that will ever come and I know that it won’t last forever so I’m not sure that I want to even open myself up to more pain. My mind does this protective thing where it keeps me in a fantasy and numb all day long, constantly seeking distractions to avoid reality, but I’ve been trying my best to be fierce with reality like this beautiful woman says. It’s just scary and intense. I don’t really know how to cope with it, a lot of the time I feel empty and like I’m just living the same day on repeat and all for what… If there’s one thing that changes my outlook from here it’s that she said she cheerfully embraces the coming of aging, which is definitely a much needed perspective in my life… I do my best every day to be positive, yes in hopes of a bright beautiful future, but im opening up to more of a moment to moment basis now. Trust has been huge, there’s a bigger aspect of myself that knows better and loves me and I am so thankful for that, it literally washes away all of my problems. I’m not really sure what this comment is it kind of just exploded inside of me so if you read this then I hope it helps you in some way. I feel better now that I expressed it, thank you again for this video and for whoever is reading this. ❤

I felt that too (I'm about to be 25).. I think I'm coming out on the other side now though, able to embrace the change more, accepting me for who I am at the moment, each moment again and again. Beautiful reflections. I’m nearly 62 this year, and it’s not been easy sometimes, like everyone! I truly believe that letting go and acceptance is the way forward. Yes and being mindful or lack of, really does haunt you. Kindness, humility, non judgemental, acceptance, love, responsibility, these are the legacies us coffin dodgers need to leave in the world. Love and peace to anyone reading my comment. 🤍🤍🤍✨

Letting go of the terrestrial and embracing what lies beyond is crucial to understanding the void veil. "Before I start, I must see my end. Destination known, my mind's journey now begins. Upon my chariot, heart and soul's fate revealed. In time, all points converge; hope's strength resteeled. But to earn final peace at the universe's endless refrain, we must see all in nothingness... before we start again." --A.B. (DD1) 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨

What you shared will resonate with many. Yes forgiveness is essential for peace, healing & life. However I saw so much missing of God's love & being beyond self. The creator has a plan & as your body goes into the ground your soul continues no death there's eternity where you spend it in the love of Christ or in darkness where no light of God whatsoever. Though someone may not be aware of Him or believe our creator has been with us always on this earth. Look up.

The poetry felt like a bell of reminder that the calling is real. I hope to come back to this comment of mine and see the video again after taking that leap. I am sure it will be one of the best decisions of my life ❤

I wish I knew to whom I should attribute this, but it was anonymous when I found it many years ago and copied it. It seems worth posting it here: Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak & the wrong. ~~~~ Sometime in life, you will have been all of these.

I love the idea of being less and less attached to myself as a Cloud of Something! And setting out for another shore while I am still in the illusion of time. And being part of the multitude that has passed through. Yes, yes, yes. This is full of treasures springing from your honest heart and voice. A deep bow to the beauty of your aging. Thank you.

She’s wonderful. My favourite actress - Frances McDormand said something similar…. “ There is no desire to be an adult. Adulthood is not a goal. It's not seen as a gift. Something happened culturally: no one is allowed to age past 45 - satorically, cosmetically, attitudinally. Everybody dresses like a teenager. Everybody dyes their hair. Everybody is concerned with smooth skin. Getting older and adjusting to all the things that biologically happen to you is not easy to do and is a constant struggle and adjustment. You are someone who , beneath the white hair, has a card catalog of valuable information

I like this woman so much. This short film literally took my breath away. Every word is compassion & wisdom for the human condition. Imagine what the world would be if we all annually took a deep dive life/actions audit. The impact on our children, it breaks my heart. The words , the looks , the judgement of each other …the daily lacerations to the soul we carelessly inflict on others…..imagine if we became aware - apologised and changed. This film will be saved and watched daily until it fully sinks in. 🙏🙏🙏💙💙💙

So funny. I think God is teaching us how to not be so vane and to learn what’s the most important before we die. Looks don’t really matter. Last minute opportunity so to speak.

Wow. I can relate on many levels. That journey is heartbreaking and soul building. Such a tight squeeze with openness on the other side. I am grateful to makes apologizes where they were needed and to thread more lightly on the feelings of others. And to be able to do so before I am on my death bed. Beautiful as always!! Thank you for the wisdom.

You start out talking about how growing old is about loss. For me with loss comes grief. Sometimes the grief becomes accumulative. Too much to carry. Weighted down with the sad and depressed stage of grief. It’s oftentimes difficult to move out of this stage, because just as you come to acceptance of one loss another loss happens. Thank-You for being honest about loss and growing old whilst adding a more positive way to think about growing old.

YES, it is a coming of aging... change is inevitable and the ability to live with love and care in this adventure of discovering the importance of creativity and gratitude. Being thoughtfull and present with kindness and care for ourselves and others in a variety of ways that nurture our lives in alignment with love and harmony. Touch the world with compassion and tenderness. Live in a way that makes sense for the best opportunity to be able to have no regrets because of the fact that you are giving heart felt energies to everyone in your life constantly with attention and delight. Life is a journey that has a purpose for learning to live with love ❤ I am very glad that you have experienced this awareness that has caused you to share this video. You talked about a lot of things to consider in our own unique journeys of life unfolding in the mystery. 😊 We all are a work in progress ❤
