#AskGCNTech What's he got attached to his hoods are they thumb shifters or something else?
@lightningll29913 жыл бұрын
Yes they are thumb shifters, Campy shifts to a higher gear with the thumb and to a lower gear with the small paddle behind the brake levers the brake levers have no side movement. I've raced my whole career on campy and would never use anything else.
@MrStevennator3 жыл бұрын
Those are special thumb shifters which are used for their gravel group Ekar but I never saw it for public sale on a Super Record group set. Ewan also uses them. Easy to change gears while in the drops...

Unbelievable - chinese manufacturer, 15500 Euro, weights like a midrange bike from 2005, with tubular even. Why do those "reviews" anyway? When such pros like Avermaet could run Peugeot from 80' and still rocking the peloton?)) The bikes nowadays are such a nonsense, that you wouldn't even dream about having those. Such a waste of ressources

The price of the bike in the US is literally more than some new cars. As much as I like my current BMC, my next bike is not likely to be a BMC. It just doesn’t present a good value to non-racer like me.
@BFinesilver23 жыл бұрын
They are all overpriced at that price point. You can buy as well made and as aero from China. The frames and wheels are made by the exact same factories under OEM and in some cases ARE exactly the same if you know where to look. Same factory, engineers, same materials...but many times cheaper.
@xiaoliuwu85393 жыл бұрын
@@BFinesilver2 I was very skeptical about the Chinese carbon frame until I watched some Trace velo videos. Combined with my own experiences, I know that I have fallen to those marketing traps for too long. When I am getting my next bike, I am willing to give those Chinese frame a try. The only problem is that most of those frames have really aggressive geometry except for some gravel frames. I am hoping my current home Yoga exercises will improve my flexibility so that I can buy and ride those bikes 😂
