I’m watching this on the way to my night shift at the skilled nursing home. As you can imagine, a lot of people have passed away in the building. I’m definitely going to be looking over my shoulder a lot tonight 😅 It probably won’t help that some of my patients experience hallucinations and see people in the room that I can’t see.

It’s all just human beings. Like the people who died weren’t scary, they’re just people. And the folks who are still living there are just humans in need of someone else to care for them. Not scary at all unless you consider the idea of death or illness in general to be scary… which I personally don’t. It’s all part of life.

@@Selrisitai skilled nursing facility (SNF) is the term used in the medical field for nursing homes that provided 24/7 medical care for hospice patients, patients there for rehabilitation after major surgery, long term care patients, and patients suffering from brain disorders (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, brain damage from stroke, etc). There are also assisted living facilities for people who are mostly independent but need assistance with things from time to time (groceries, bathing, household chores). My grandparent house used to be haunted by, we think, my dads grandfather. So when he died, his grandma moved in with them. Then until her death, you'd always hear someone walking around even if you're home alone, you'll literally watch door knobs turn and then the door opens and closes but of course no ones there. This went on for her until her death.

Personally I think it’s a friend/family member who’s in on the whole “scary ghost photo” this guy is claiming to have taken unaware. People have lied about much bigger things for less internet fame/pity points. Though the guy also didn’t give any further details in the initial description of where he was, and it’s possible he was visiting some historical site/museum or staying at a bed and breakfast (notice the placard on the top of the doorway behind him) and some stranger just so happened to walk up behind him as he was taking a picture, and the guy thought it would be fun to post it as a silly little joke to a paranormal subreddit.

22:35 Not a scientist or psychiatrist or anything, this is just completly anectdotal. To my understanding it actually is instinctual. We love to see patterns. Especially if we look for them or expect them, our brain will asume anything is a pattern. Also if we perseve a pattern, that might be dangerous (like a bear in the woods or a figure), then it's safer for our brain to asume that the possible threat is an actual threat. So we think that there is a man in the woods although there is just a tree stump that kind of looks like a man, to protect ourselves, just in case. I see this behaviour in my self alot. Especially when im in a bad mental state i will just jump to completly irrational conclusions. They have nothing to do with reality but sometimes it's difficult to see that my brain is not a neutral observer.

I wanted to be a physicist, an engineer, I love science and was religious until I started asking questions at age 10. But I believe there’s ghosts. But not in the traditional sense, I think it could be a rift or something in time where you see someone doing something at two different times, maybe it’s just an energy we don’t understand, an inter dimensional being. I’ve debunked some of my experiences but there are ones where literally nothing explains it. Seeing my friends grandpa in a mirror, who I found out who it was after explaining to them what I seen. My first house where someone I knew died, you can say ‘alright Kevin I get it, ghosts are real’ and he’d stop. When he got cancer he talked about coming back to haunt to let everyone know there’s something beyond. So I have to believe, I just can’t not when I have seen and interacted with things.

Always be hiding around corners, behind windows, generally obscured by the environment in relation to the position of the camera. 4. Have the ability to move physical objects yet only interact with things on hinges, like doors, drawers, lightswitches or lightweight objects that can roll or slide very easily like chairs or kids toys. You can't be picking up pencils and writing notes to easily communicate with the living.

Greg i am a 43 year old teacher. Been married almost 20 years and have 4 kids. I have lived in my home about 7 years. Im on what used fo be a highway in the 1950s. I have an ambulance station across the street from me. Anyway the ambulance station is always lit up outside of the building with wooded area thats dark beside it with an old tin shed near. There is a chain link fence that surrounds the property. Anyway i was taking my two dogs out to their runner after dark. I opened the door and had the the girls on their leashes. They suddenly stopped and instead of barking, which they usually did, they just stopped and their ears and hair perked up..i quickly noted they were staring across the street at the ambulance station. I was staring too. What i saw was a shadow figure running through the ambulance station parking lot. It was fast but clearly a black figure exactly like the shadow figures you would see in a movie. If ran straight through the chain link fence and into the woods. My side of the street is higher then ambulance station so i can see above the fencing. I watched thiz happen and my dogs knew before i did that something was not right. If it was a person or some thing the dogs recognized they would have barked their heads off...they were freaked out too. I juat stood there and watched it with my dogs and then it was just gone. It was the shape of a person but putch black with no features but black. It was fast too and running like a human would. It was very clear with the parking lot lights on..i havent seen it since then. I wish i had been able ro capture it on camera but i had no idea that it was going to happen. Anyway the video of the people claiming a shadow person reminded me of that...but i dont think that was a shadow person.. not even shadow or person just... darkness. Love your vidoes.
