@@vagabond4576 you would be surprised how much you can maintain on low doses of testosterone and still appear to be natural from your bloodwork results. If you abused roids in the past then suddenly stop and do a low dose of trt you can maintain most of that muscle as long as you continue to train hard and eat enough to fuel them. way more than someone who is natural.(of course not all of it) so on a blood test you might come back in a "normal" range for test levels even though you have been injecting testosterone. The biggest difference is a true natural person will significantly fluctuate levels throughout the day and the week. So one day they might be at 300ng/dl for a few hours then another day be at 600ng/dl but even their "high" points arent gonna be super high for very long or nearly as stable as someone on trt. Whereas someone who takes testosterone injections for medical reasons or not (usually cyp for trt) can easily get to super physiological levels well above natural for a few days around day 3 then it slowly lowers to the baseline in the "normal healthy range", but even during this time its very stable levels that someone natural can never achieve. Over time that stable level makes an insanely big difference which is why these influencers can get away with taking low dose trt and still be shredded year round. Its like completely taking out soda from your diet. That small change wont make a big difference right away but 1 year from now I guarantee it will have helped your physique some.
@lexzenis25442 жыл бұрын
@@Mral236d lets not forget taking roids increases the number of myonuclei than whats there physiologically. Fibres that have acquired a higher count which grow faster when subjected to Peds, thus the nuclei represent a functionally important 'memory' of previous strength. This memory , as myonuclei are stable for at least 15 years to permanently. so even him being on small amounts of gear ( even TRT) now can help him keep the size and strength of years of roid abuse his body has absorbed....( theres the answer to great Genetics as he said right now at 54)

As a professional liar myself, my main strategy when confronted on a lie is to just muddy down the argument with irrelevant points to distract and argue points that are winnable for me. It’s always about indirect responses. Another thing I had to learn the hard way was just because people let you win the argument (meaning not really the argument, moreso the interaction itself) doesn’t mean they believe you. Confronting liars is uncomfortable for everybody Involved, and usually the liar has more at stake than the questioner, and therefore the questioner will most often just give up before the liar will. But again, this doesn’t mean they believe you. It’s important to remember that it’s not a court of law. People don’t need indisputable evidence one way or the other, and if they are convinced you’re lying, then that’s all there is to it.

I think Mike is great. You can't dismiss his commitment to the gym, his diet, doesn't drink alcohol, and has been doing this almost longer than anyone on a consistent basis. He has achieved so much. He is genetically blessed and very strong. Always has been. I like Greg too. He knows his stuff and is very informative. I'll leave it at that . Let's move on shall we.

Calling out fake natties will never stop being a valuable service though. It’s very important for people to understand what is or is not a result of natural processes. People having a skewed idea of what is naturally achievable can have profound effects on their mental health in the long run. Of course Mike has earned everything he has, but he is still lying about this.
@Slush243 ай бұрын
@@SPACYtunes I think at this point in weightlifting, you would have to live under a rock to NOT know that almost every bodybuilder is taking something or did at one time. Calling people out is moot. We either lift without or with something . I am not totally disagreeing with you, I am just saying "who cares".....Are we all competing? Do we all have the money to afford juice? Sam Sulek is a millionaire and has never said he juices. Nobody gets on him and it's beyond obvious. Again, who cares. Sam is great. He's only hurting himself. Mike has been in competitions and has never been outed for juicing. Have you seen him at 15 years old ? I am not going to damn Mike for lying. He hasn't lied about anything. He shows training techniques and diets. Maybe I just don't seek to hate on people over dumb things. Mike is not even close to what Liver King did. Flat out lied to sell a product. So many weightlifters admire Mike and lift with him. That has to say something. Who works out with Sam or follows his diet ?
