He said it's up to us to decide, Then gave reasons why he didn't think he was natural I've seen plenty of twigs in the gym, lifting weights that their bodies shouldn't be able to do If you're seeing guys who that's thin who are lifting 3 or 4 times their body weight There's a high percentage of these twigs could just barely lift their body weight at best If you see people lifting 3 or 4 times there body weight You have to think logically that can't be done naturally as you would have world strong men built from twigs

I saw kids like this in high school (mostly guys on the football team). 14-years-old, 110-120 lbs. Go away for summer break, they come back at 180 lbs of lean muscle. Everyone knew what they were doing! There is a reason most of them did not even try to compete in college sports: the NCAA tests for those things!

But I still think 2x squat isn't very difficult. I'm 13 at 100 pounds and I squat 180, I can probably get a 2x squat in the next 3 months. Keep in mind Im 4'11 and probably have really low test.

When your an older guy like me and you’ve seen how much the fitness KZbin has changed over the decades it’s easy to spot the fake nattys. These kids are getting bigger and leaner every year compared to kids back in the early 2000s/10s. The answer is simple, steroids are just easier to come by. When I was a teenager there was hardly any massive lean guys in the gym and now ever other teen looks like a body builder. It kind of sucks if your young because you wouldn’t notice this and it will warp your sense of what is achievable being natural.

Unfortunately the water started overflowing after the third flush (the charm), I had to use a Target bag from my last grocery haul to scoop out the shit. I ended up just using my bare hands because I'll just wash them. Anyways after removing 75% of the shit, I was able to start doing some waste removal. I was safe and readded another quarter shit for every subsequent flush. Yada yada yada, all shit was flushed. I washed my hands thoroughly to say the least, and my lesson has been learned about eating at Taco Bell. It's three days later, and I can still smell that nasty shit! My leg press went from 60kg for 10 struggling to now easily 120kg for 4+ reps. It's just because he is that skinny that he puts on strength that quickly. I don't think i have insane genetics either. He has an extremely defined back and abdominals, far more than alot of guys who have trained for years. Yes he has no bf % and yes he's small but he's also 13 and hasn't been through puberty, how many 13 years olds walk around with a shredded back and abdominals.

@@olathecola7691 I wouldn't say there is no such thing, people are inclined to having a certain body type that they don't have to work hard for. That doesn't mean you're stuck in that one type though. I was never lean and never had problems gaining weight, no matter how much I eat or exercise, it's easy for me while some people have to eat tons to achieve that. I basically eat 3 medium-sized meals and maintaining 235lbs @ 6'1.

To be honest, when you are in the fitness industry long enough, it's easy to tell if someone natural or not just by looking at their body without have to look at their old photos or how much he lift, it's that easy.

I’ve been following David Laid since he was 16 and I was 14, and here’s my take. At 17 his deadlift was probably his most impressive lift, he has good levers for it and 560 at 17 is really impressive, his bench was bounced off his chest and his butt cane off so at that time he could probably only do 300 paused. A 405 squat is very very achievable by 17, I hit 405 myself at 16. I think he went on stuff around 19, his bench went from 335-390 in just 2 months before he started to market his own training program, and I think his squat and deadlift also increased like 40lbs in that time too, and got up to over 200lbs in bw, to which he just attributed to “eating consistently”.This was the exact same time Ryan Casey came out w his SARM use and racing Dave to a 405 bench. He is a lot smaller now than he was 19/20, and is barely benching 330 and squatting 405 now. He probs went on some test/anavar/sarms for a period but now doesn’t really need to since his physique is already marketable as it is.

Zoran Allen naw if he was cruising he would have at least maintained most of his size from his blasts. He’s really small now, look at Dylan Mckenna’s recent vid w him, his legs look like twigs. The guy seems depressed lately so I think he’s probably come off completely and is having a hard time recovering.
