When your an older guy like me and you’ve seen how much the fitness KZbin has changed over the decades it’s easy to spot the fake nattys. These kids are getting bigger and leaner every year compared to kids back in the early 2000s/10s. The answer is simple, steroids are just easier to come by. When I was a teenager there was hardly any massive lean guys in the gym and now ever other teen looks like a body builder. It kind of sucks if your young because you wouldn’t notice this and it will warp your sense of what is achievable being natural.

I was safe and readded another quarter shit for every subsequent flush. Yada yada yada, all shit was flushed. My leg press went from 60kg for 10 struggling to now easily 120kg for 4+ reps. It's just because he is that skinny that he puts on strength that quickly. I don't think i have insane genetics either. I dont take supplements besides creatine and proteine shakes

@Answeriz425 жыл бұрын
I’ve been following David Laid since he was 16 and I was 14, and here’s my take. At 17 his deadlift was probably his most impressive lift, he has good levers for it and 560 at 17 is really impressive, his bench was bounced off his chest and his butt cane off so at that time he could probably only do 300 paused. A 405 squat is very very achievable by 17, I hit 405 myself at 16. I think he went on stuff around 19, his bench went from 335-390 in just 2 months before he started to market his own training program, and I think his squat and deadlift also increased like 40lbs in that time too, and got up to over 200lbs in bw, to which he just attributed to “eating consistently”.This was the exact same time Ryan Casey came out w his SARM use and racing Dave to a 405 bench. He is a lot smaller now than he was 19/20, and is barely benching 330 and squatting 405 now. He probs went on some test/anavar/sarms for a period but now doesn’t really need to since his physique is already marketable as it is.
