videos are better than e-mails!! even an e-mail with a diagram in it doesn't match up to when you see it being explained as it is drawn...

Great content. I'm stuck at around 6'6'', and am trying to break that barrier; I'll try the increased lean next time I jump, because an issue I am having is getting my hips over the bar. Thank you!

Keep up the videos man! All three of your videos have helped me with different aspects of my jumping! Although, if you can, could you maybe post a video of jumping in slow motion in like different angles so we can see the whole thing happen? The other videos on youtube go too fast, and i personally cant get my lean perfect

@tonylockett2 Thanks for the input, always helpful to know what you guys think . Kicking your legs is all about timing, I'll cover this more in future emails (or videos) but focus on getting enough rotation and kicking your legs will almost happen naturally.

@pargeterw Thanks for the feedback! Videos do take more time than emails, but I'll do my best to make more, especially when I need to describe something detailed like in this one.

Is the lean a backward lean or inward lean?
@pa21thebeast9 жыл бұрын
When I high jump I start leaning back exactly after I take up, is there a suggestion to fox it.
