My cousin looked for this recipe last year. I am sending it to her right now. At least your tomatoes are beautiful. Mine here in Pensacola look like they'd been in a food processor on the top. I had a ton of them, but after the last soaker, I only have five green ones. This is my first year. My mom is 91, and we've been making vegetable soup all summer. She loves tomatoes better than anything!!! God bless you!!

I am loving your summer salads. Especially since you are able to bring them to us from you amazing garden. I am so envious of your garden. I don't know if you are growing corn, but I'd love to see a corn salad sometime soon if you can. Love you and your mama.

I started putting my onion powder, or anything with onion powder, into ziploc baggies. Since then, none have turned into cement. I also stopped shaking it over the cooking food to prevent steam from going into the jar.

That looks delicious. I’d only add shredded Parmesan.

I know grains of rice will keep salt flowing, I wonder if it would work for spice powders. We have a camper in Crossville Tennessee and the humidity makes everything as hard as a rock. I use rice to keep the salt loose.

Yes it does. Also food safe silica gel packs are very inexpensive on Amazon.
