I learned an interesting bit of trivia about this film about Mohawk he isn’t exactly a strip 2.0 as much as he physically is stripe reincarnated in a new body it’s weird but it makes sense later in the scene where he has gizmo tied up on a toy train track he seems to also have an intense hatred for him beyond the norm and he also says gizmos name which means nothing until you learn he shouldn’t know gizmos name as no one has said it in front of him whatsoever which apparently is meant to mean he’s actually stripe and that’s why he knows gizmo found this information kinda cool

It's so oddly wholesome and cool to me that Leonard Maltin, the critic who panned the first movie, agreed to show up for a cameo in the second one, doing a bit about panning the first film. Good on Dante for taking it in stride, and good on Maltin for being open minded enough to appear in the sequel of something he critiqued negatively. I feel like I've heard so many stories of people being petty and mean-spirited over the same if not way less.

Hands down the most batshit crazy AND funny Kill Count yet. Love it James! Personally I've always included Clamp's secretary since we never see her again. But your rules, so I'm cool with it. Gremlins 2 is easily my favorite of the franchise and thanks for the knowledge of finding out about the upcoming show. Didn't know that and it makes me super excited. Hope the Dead Meat team had a Merry Christmas and y'all have a safe and Happy New Years weekend. See you in 2023!!!

james's mention of local 58 was a pleasant surprise :) analog horror is a truly amazing genre that explores some of the most bonkers yet terrifying topics. it genuinely gave me nightmares the first time i watched through it.
