Just only Greta Thunberg net worth is $2 million in 2022. Greta Thunberg calls herself as a Swedish environmental activist but realistically she is a charlatan or international environmental scammer. Greta Thunberg is milking only the US and European countries but all the rest of the world stayed polluted, dirty and nasty, and Greta Thunberg do not even mention about it as she knows she cannot practicing quackery there, and she will not obtain any money from Russia, or China, or African and Latin America countries, and other advantages through pretense or deception. Greta Thunberg is getting rich, Brazilian Rain Forest is cut down, and all realistic environmental groups in the US and Europe are destroyed due to no funds that Greta Thunberg milked all their money. Keep making Greta Thunberg richer!

Eg minute seven or eight query does she feel an affinity for Prince/King Charles describing how he was denounced as a kook for attempting environmental activism decades ago. Careful hon!! From there the interviewer restates the question to be is king Charles an asset to the cause, though? “Possibly.” Good answer. Then around 16: 00, she’s asked if gives who responded to Covid 19 with broadly impactful limitations on peoples freedoms and opportunities ought to consider in Greta’s opinion using this approach to deal with the climate crisis. If she said yes absolutely well there’s your headline!!! Greta the eco-Nazi. She handled it skillfully but I forget exactly what she said.

Great segment and a very important message. It's 34 degrees in Spain and France right now and that's the forecast for another two weeks in November, maybe even longer. It might sound great for some but wildfires and dried out rivers important for transportation of our food is no joke and indications of something far more serious so let's listen and take action. @@1newme425 You could'nt be more wrong. Greta would'nt be in all British news channels right now if what she says did'nt count and was of public interest. The British have their rivers and coastal areas severely polluted by raw sewage since February and the new Tory legislation, it means there will be no fines for the company that destroyed that Cornwall paradise beach yesterday. No EU strict environmental laws needs to be followed by the UK anymore so the private (and foreign) sewage companies in England and Wales (the only two nations in the world with privately owned sewage systems) don't . To not get the expensive sewage cleaning chemicals from Portugal since you raised your trade barrier towards the EU is cheaper, just releasing the raw sewage in your rivers and on your coasts actually means more profit for their shareholders abroad. The fish caught in your polluted rivers and along your coasts can not be exported due to inferior quality, no one in the EU or elsewhere would eat fish from that toxic soup of yours'. It will most likely show up on British tables and in your fish and chips shops though for the Brits to revoir. We have an old saying "what you release in nature will at some point end up on your table" - you will experience that sooner than you think. Greta does'nt need more "fame and opportunities" as you so cynically call it, she is already world famous. She is 19, never made money from her international volunteering for climate, 100% of her upcoming book sales goes to charity. I can see how her selfless actions are incomprehensible to you, of course you're not able to understand it.

Depends on what the water is used for, clean enough to drink, or clean enough to bathe or wash in, then use collected waste matter to create fuel for an incinerator that boils the water. I'm also working on a smokeless fire which I have put it through proof of concept time & time again. A fire that has no smoke, however, it will suck the oxygen up. Good luck with your water system, it is great that people experiment and not rely on governments for solutions. More houses should be storing rain water to flush toilets and clean with. It is crazy that energy is used to make water drinkable and then to just flush a toilet with it. 3:01 - I don''t think "Saying the same thing over and over again until people listen" is the best approach to pursading someone to agree with your standpoint. If you know for a fact that your cause is honest and right, one should try to develop different approaches that are intended to challenge the way people think. Thinking is not stimulated by repetition that is not getting to people, but by exploring different ideas that do.
@Strange9952
@Strange9952 Жыл бұрын
actually it is, repetition is very effective, and is one of the most important components of propaganda, not saying her message is wrong but people are not motivated by reason alone
@jasperlazarus2556
@jasperlazarus2556 Жыл бұрын
That's probably true in most cases. If acvtivists are traveling and rallying for different groups of people with the same message, that is repetition for the activists but typically new information for people attending the events. Though objectively it would make sense that someone only needs to hear something once, ponder on it in their own time to decide what their opinion is. I guess I wish people were motivated by reason alone. If someone agrees with something only because they hear the standpoint repeated, depending on the ideas, that can be dangerous, benefical, or somewhere in between. Though I suppose that sort of habitual practice is never a good thing because if people are only agreeing with something because of a predictable tactic, they're somewhat unconsciously at it's mercy. Therefore people with terrible messages can use this tactic to spread them. If someone thinks more about something because it is repeated, that is fine regardless of the ideas. So this interaction between the pursuaders and the listeners has a few aspects. You have the ideas and viewpoints being presented and the degree of inclination in peoples minds to side with or against them. I would like to say the power is in the message alone, but you're right in that a lot of people will be influenced by repetition. Wether they hear it at an event or from a friend, see it on youtube or social media, that is repetitive from their perspective but not the sources of the message.

I'm not well learned enough about the climate issue to give valuable opinions on it. I said that if a cause is provably justified, then it should be fought for, but in the best possible ways. I don't know exactly what ways they would be in this case, but I'm certain that repetition should not be a foundation for pursuasion, even if it works for some people. I know it takes a certain amount of maturity to accept scientific consensus when now people are suggesting that it might be time to put your toys away but I am rooting for you in finally getting out of those extra large training nappy’s and joining the rest of the grownups here at the table

Why in the era of zoom meetings are these leaders not meeting that way instead of contributing to pollution by flying to Egypt? This international climate meeting is just optics with no follow through. Climate change does directly connect to the cost of food, housing, etc., but it's not being explained that way. Most people don't seem to realize until their expensive homes fall into the sea.

Elon Musk will save us with his tech start-up expertise once he's reached Mars and set up his base of operations.....when he's done with *_Space-X,_* he will found a new company called *_Earth-X_* to prevent our planet from becoming ex-Earth. _"Hey, Elon. Thunberg: "The fossil fuel lobby had more representatives (at COP) than any nation" - Jackie Long: (my paraphrasing) "So .... Rishi and Boris - what about that drama eh ... you and the King, like peas in a Pod! He was Barmy about the environment too!" Jezus wept. This journalist was just not listening to Thunberg, while asking her if it was frustrating to not be listened to! On to cost of living - green energy is cheaper, but only if it's allowed to scale, something the fossil fuel industry holds back. This was an infuriating interviewer, surely there was someone more capable of holding a conversation who could have done this? 30 minutes is a lot of time to completely fail to have an actual discussion. Who wrote that 'gotcha' sheet she was reading from? Cause there was no deviation from the script - Thunberg handled this car crash of an interview well, including questions like "Should we be holding up ambulances" for fudges sake! How can a 19 year old be more mature, capable and articulate (in her non native language no less) at understanding this issue than a journalist of over 2 decades? Jackie had been at the BBC longer than Greta has been alive, and here she is trivializing the issue of our literal survival into a gossip rag about people and personalities, the who's who of climate conference attendance like it was the oscars, or even important, despite being handed real opportunities to dig into WHY the fossil fuel lobby is at climate talks. The media really is the problem. This is a textbook example of the them failing their job, and doing the Oil and Gas industries work for them: Distract and Delay. "Hope is something we need to do". Indeed.

I believe in Climate change, by natural cycle variation of our sun. CO2 is 1/2200 of our atmosphere by concentration, it is not the driver of change, it is a symptom. Like so many other key issues being discussed the topic has been hijacked towards immense profit and control it potentially represents. Quite a few years ago, a Nasa scientist was tasked with analyzing data from a satellite launched specifically to study this issue, the intent to prove CO2 involvement with Global warming. The results were discussed by that scientist, who reported, "No effect, less than expected." CO2's anthropogenic properties towards reflecting heat, very poor. So, what did they do with this scientist, they muted him and thats how it works Instead, they wheel out teenagers to gain the sympathy vote. If a young girl is the best representative science is irrelevant, while emotions reign supreme. A scientist, with decades of experience and many degrees to his credit spoke of his feelings about a young girl waving her finger at them as if she knew what she was talking about.
