Hahahaha how he going to get the boat out. Thats a very good question. We fans had been asking that for years. Also side note, there is an unofficial 2 part pilot episodes in the show JAG. It was in S8 i think Additional: NCIS the real life one is a civilian Agency that answers to the Secretary of the Navy. It was originally was a Navy miltary Agency known as NIS untill the 90s where it became a civilian agancy. Something that the show actually stays accurate to.
