Evening compressor needs restriction in pipe , coming out to quick ,has not had enough time in separator to remove oil , designed for air tool which slows air speed allowing oil to be separated, metal pipe with end squashed works OK 👌

Open all the bleed nipples, jamb the pedal to the floor and see if any fluid works through. I’ve got a pressure bleeder and it’s great, can’t remember the brand but check sealy, bought it years ago not expensive.

Hi Chris. Red was a struggle but you did it in the end. Remember bleeding brakes with me dad on his car. I think I was about 10. My leg was aching then so Jordan must have knacker doing that. Great you had the boys with you for help. Playing in the sand lol. 👍

The Struggle is real my brother in arms 😂 Remember the old ezee bleed system, works off a spare tyre and pushes the fluid through, life savers mate, I use a vacuum pump system myself, faultless 😂

Next time when you bleed the brakes open the bleed nipple slightly and hold your finger on top of the nipple it usually gets the air out especially if you get problems like this starting the engine usually helps with the servo fitted 😊

Try disconnecting the rod for master cylinder from the pedal as it might be holding the seal inside over the hole that let’s fluid into master cylinder

That’s the bleeder I was on about. I don’t bother with the black thing and just put the clear pipe on it I’ve never had an issue of it not sucking before. But the other bottle you fill up with fluid and stick in in the red and open the tap and it fills up as it drains through.

Again as I said Sealey VS820 Brake & Clutch pressure bleeder is the way forward. If you have pumped air into the system because the reservoir was empty, it's the best thing to use to bleed the system and you can do it on your own.

Chris did you ever try the trick with a 100ml syringe with a rubber pipe fitted on the end, fill the syringe from the reservoir, put the pipe onto your open bleed nipple and push the fluid up the ways slowly, This pulled me out of many many struggles with brakes, also no need for a second man pumping pedal

Those pressure bleeders are ok but the problem is you can suck air through the bleed nipple thread and they are a bugger to seal fully. So look like you always got air in the fluid... Still should suck the fluid through, I've found the bottle bleeders that you connect to a tyre, etc, that pressure up the main res and push it down a lot better. Weird how you are not getting any fluid through after the new master cylinder 🤷🏻‍♂️🤔... is it a duff unit?
