This was voted "Greatest Tacos Ever" by the family. The salsa got particularly high marks! I did not have the extension, but it did not matter. Substituted a poblano pepper for one of the jalepenos. Awesome marinade as well! Thanks Mr. Reed.

He didnt stumble not once in his words, and he was talking all the way he made that dish. Food looked great and i bet it tastes even better! And he was constantly explaining every step and what kinda grill and accessories he was using. This guy should have his own grilling show on tv, he knows what he is doing and knows how to show it and teach it and how to present himself.

I like a thinner cut and a bit more char..... GREAT marinade recipe!! The lime and tequila help tenderize and "cook" the outside. I've always loved a Santa Maria grill, this is the first time I've seen it as a Weber attachment! KILLER!!

We have been making corn tortillas from scratch, leftovers I roll into balls and put in the fridge, good for upwards of the week. Love a good easy homemade taco! Yummy, good job

I started watching these videos and following your recipes a while back while first getting into smoking. People are amazed when I cook something and its all because of you. I made these tacos and this salsa last night and both were awesome! I over cooked the steak due to having some friends who dont like rare meat so it was a little tough, but next time i'm making them medium rare! Great videos and awesome food, keep doing what you do best!
