Ive been cooking Curry for my evening meal everyday for literally around 70 days.. every day, every damn day... yet, I love it.. its so easy to bulk cook curry, and its packed full of all that good stuff, 4 days / 4 evening meals i use 1kg chicken and 1kg mixed chargrilled veg + varied herbs and spices depending on what curry I am making.. my heart wants change, but my body... my body is telling me curryyyyyyy...the only one complaining is my toilet...
@dogguy54058 жыл бұрын
JoshDG92 Thats sounds tasty as hell. Mind sharing the recipe and tips on how to bulk cook it?
@JoshDG928 жыл бұрын
lately, I have been buying 1kg chicken breast, and 1kg mixed chargrilled veg ( from Morrisons ) then, depending how much you want to do you can either make your own curry sauce from scratch, but as I'm often scarce on time I either buy ready made tubs of korma / tikka / rogan josh ect although this works out a little more expensive, but my favourite ready made powder is 'mayflower Chinese curry', its really cheap for the amount you get from it, a tub is around £2.00 and you can get around 12 meals from it... I usually stick to the same principal - protein + carb and veg source - and something for flavour. tuna + rice and veg is an easy one + any sauce you might like, any meat + potatoes and veg is an easy one, I'm not a massive fan of pasta, but pasta is great for bulk cooking and works really well with sauces, sometimes I buy sachets of ready made couscous which cost 50p per sachet here and add a protein source to it, which is a quick and easy meal.. if you keep a rough estimate of the total calories each meal has, its easy to adapt the meals whether you are looking to gain weight or loose weight - when I'm trying to gain more weight, I often put coconut oil in, if your trying to loose a little bit of weight, just reduce the carbs a little gradually and if you find the hunger is too much, add more veg.. Most meals can be made in bulk - I just recommend a large pan and some good tubs and a freezer / fridge :)
@dogguy54058 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! I appreciate it a lot and will visit my local morrisons to try out the curry. Again, huge thanks

you should try the reverse sear method of cooking steak. put in stove at 275 for about 40 min than pan sear a min each side. steaks are medium rare through out. there are youtube videos with more detailed instructions. really good for cooking a large number of steaks at once

@rohateanonis46578 жыл бұрын

@Mantis8585858 жыл бұрын
salmonella poisoning, well at leat the potential to cross contaminated the other foods
@gamernobody8 жыл бұрын
Sanitary reasons. Raw chicken has a risk of carrying salmonella, which dies when you cook it well enough.
@WertherVulgarian8 жыл бұрын
rohate anonis i thought it was because of the horrible smell that stays if you don't. Wasn't aware of salmonella poisoning
@thechairman748 жыл бұрын
Not sure about the rinsing in between, how do you rinse, swish in water or actually under running water? Kind of inconvenient while outside. I think as long as you keep the utensils separate you should be OK.
@Mantis8585858 жыл бұрын
Just don't let anything that raw chicken has touched come into contact with any cooked food.
@Fake--Natty8 жыл бұрын
I don't see a point in adding salt to the marinate since soy sauce and worcestershire are used in pretty big amounts. Otherwise great vid (including the music lol).
