I'm legally blind/visually impaired and it SUCKS. I can't imagine how difficult it was for Leroy losing all of his sight. Very, very, sad.

@HalfBlindTravel😢 I can't imagine how it feels My Friend, My Uncle was in Vietnam, & eventually lost His sight due to Agent Orange, & He was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Artist!/Cartoonist, & it didn't happen right away, it was slowly, & He tried to get as much in as He could, but He couldn't go too long on a piece of work before He started getting severe migraines!🎨🖼️🖌️ And once He completely lost His sight, He was so damn depressed, because He loved, to draw, & drew to live, & felt useless!😭😭😭😭 So, although I have gone through that with Him, I obviously don't know PERSONALLY how You feel, but I sure can understand, & be empathetic! I know that's not why, or what you want, so I TRULY APOLOGIZE if I have overstepped any boundaries, or came off as disrespectful in any way, shape, or form! CHEERS!!❤🇦🇲

@@armenian_nightmare33 Bless your Uncle. 🙏 I can't imagine even what little I have, so for him to lose it fully over time, that had to be so, so, difficult. I'm sure for him being an artist made it tough too. I like comic books and art myself even though I can't draw to save my life.

Never heard of LeRoy McGuirk 🤷‍♂️.

He was the promoter in what would become the Mid-South territory (OK, LA, MS, AR) before Bill Watts. Watts actually broke off from McGuirk's company to form Mid-South in 1979 and split the territory. McGuirk still ran OK and AR until about 1982 and then Watts took over entirely.
