Hi, I am still learning the rules. So, I have a question about the fight at 19:53. Why is he allowed to assault and afterwards immediately charge the Skorpekh? I tried to find a rule that grants him two actions but I can't find it! 😅

That's Assault. It was introduced in 3.3.0 as a basic action (i.e. in the free Rule Books, a la Hold, Move, Rush, and Charge), but after a lot of back and forth and player confusion, 3.3.1 pulled it into the Advanced/Full Rule Books.
