Korps of Krieg infantry squad and uniform are very high ranks, which mean makes them stronger. Like Guardsman do high ranks too.

Yaaaaaaaaaay..... Also, most of the new recruits are only 13-14 years old at best, in Dead Men Walking a Grenadier, a veteran, was only about 17-18 years old

Wouldn't worlds such as Krieg be perfect planets for Space Marines to get recruits from?

Ironically, not really. Space Marines mostly prefer their candidates to come from subjects who are as raw and feral as possible. It's why many Chapters are based on feral worlds and even more choose their recruits from said feral or "medieval" worlds. While the Death Korps soldiers are extremely loyal and disciplined they are closer to automatons than warriors. The Astartes value high levels of aggression and ferocity that they temper afterwards, so the Krieg soldiers who come out of the biological assembly line aren't suitable for many chapters recruitment policy.

I'll save you some trouble and exposition. Death Korps of Krieg, Imperial Japanese Fanaticism meets 40k futuristic WW1 tactics and aesthetic. If you've ever played that old flash stick war game's sequel and seen the intro, they're basically Speartons, who are "Born to die, but not before them." All you'd need to do is remove the last four words and you've got the Korps' ideology summed up pretty well.
