When they say "do women dirty" they are referring to fighting and abilities. And it's usually the main female characters that's "trash" instead of side characters. Such as Sakura, Rukia/Orihime, Ochako or whatever the brunettes name from My Hero, Chi Chi, Lucy, Keiko, Kagome, etc. The writer wants them to be damsels in distress for the male mc to save while also wanting them to be strong and it doesn't work that way. That was the formula for older shonen. Nowadays, female mc can be good fighters that have a reason to exist outside of the male main character such as Sarada, Kugisaki, Akame, Noelle, and a few others. Shonen has finally gotten it right and all characters can be loved and not viewed as an anchor that weighs down the show and the characters in it.

Arrancars are usually in human form. The descriptions about Vasto Lorde being human in looks and size was given when they were just a hollow. Once any of the Vasto Lorde/Adjuchas/Gillians break their masks and become Arrancars they all have human forms in one way or another. Plus Vasto Lorde are stronger than captains in general and not every captain. Because it wouldn't make sense for every captain to be of the same power level. Why are Ichigo's friends developing spiritual powers? Renji said back in Soul Society, captains and lieutenants are placed a seal on them so they don't affect normal humans. Now imagine Ichigo freely moving around. Everything in this show isn't spoon fed and that's why there's a lot of misconceptions when it comes to Bleach. Also what's up with Orihime and Rukia. You guys aren't even trying to understand Rukia's situation and as for Orihime you're asking her to be something she never was. She was never portrayed to be a fighter. Plus her displaying human emotions is somehow her getting regressed as a character? Bruh

I Just wanted to say this because u guys be disrepecting Rukia, I think ur all forgeting that she is the lieutenant of squad 13, which was y she was stationed in ichigo's world. Yes she should be as strong as Rengi and and all the other lieutenants probably even stronger. The only reason y she is weak right now is because she got hurt fighting the hollow protecting ichigo's dumbass, he went running steadfast into a hollow in his human form he definitely would have died hands down. Rukia didnt have time to think and hurt herself protecting him and was probably at half strength, i dont think she could've protected ichigo and his sis alone so she had no other choice but to transfer her power to someone at full strength and that was the best case scenario.
