Cap i would recommend 0.6Mach between waypoints (that's what most missions/campaigns are set at) then for the last leg 0.8Mach as you want to run in at target at high speed to make a quick egress But....... you missed the really big thing (i'm always amazed at high much pilot help the Viggen actually has) on the Hud you have the "sharks fin"..... in TID mode it will tell you if you're to slow (fin inside circle) on speed (fin on top of circle) or to fast (fin above circle) so you really don't have to look at the CK37 but just follow the Hud.... with if time a quick look at the CK37 just to confirm

Look at the "fin" in the HUD - If it's low in the circle, then you are slow. If it's "high" outside the circle, you are going too fast for your planned speed/ETA...
