The suspension hover lunge is a very effective exercise to strengthen your squat chain. It affords you a great deal of control and stability while allowing you to instantly adjust the difficulty of the exercise on the fly.

Hey Matt.Yeah I love those hover lunges. I have been doing them a while instead of doing shrimp squats. A lot easier for me to stabilize like you said. And you don't need as much mobility I have noticed

Thanks Paul, I'm reworking some of the images now. I am working on a way to make the progressions and explanations of the exercises a lot simpler and easier to follow, but it's requires some serious re-work on many of the images. Hoping to out soon though!

This squat is great , saw it first time on Athlean x , great bodyweight exercise, but now even better on straps.

I did something like this today, holding on to the back of a chair. It hurt (in a good way)! I will definitely be incorporating this exercise into my routine.
