Cleaning Espresso Machine - Group Head - Bezzera BZ10 - Flaming success.

Eventually, coffee oil and residue will build up in the group head of espresso machines. I demonstrate in this video how to clean the Bezzera BZ10 espresso machine group head, portafilter, shower screen etc.
I discover a surprising technique of burning off the oil.

You never backflush with cleaner??

If you backflush with group cleaning powder once every 3 weeks you will not see that kind of buildup EVER. Besides, coffee oils build up not only in the group head, but in the entire pressure release flow path (including the 3-way solenoid), which you can only clean out by backflushing.
