Hi guys, I keep asking this question because it’s driving me crazy: those silicon tubes keep twisting and restricting flow and dangerously snapping tubes out of place spiking water in the electronics. How to fix that please ? Do these tubes need replacing every so many years for example ?

Hi KZ, Thought I answered this question last week but I'll have another go. Tubes should be replaced if they are damaged. Not sure why your tubes would keep twisting or snapping out of place and spraying water. Very unusual! Assuming you are talking about the tubes into reservoir? All of those are low pressure. Are they tied down as seen in the video at this point: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZnTJiIR9nr6Eh6M Be sure the smaller return tubes to reservoir are properly placed so they only return water into the reservoir. I have a BZ13DE and I love it - But have been looking for articles or videos to help with an issue I have. This came close, but not close enough. Question: My steam activating handle (down: on | up: holds on) has a lot of play. Moves quite a bit and is not firm - can wiggle around without engaging the steam function. Is there a way to tighten that up, or to remove the play from the handle so it is stable and firm - and not so loose before the engagement point?

Why did Bezzera not make the bz10 in a pid version? I mean, the bz10 is a really beautiful little machine, with its bz grouphead vissible. But if one wants a pid, they have to buy the bz13/crema - but its a hole diffirent looking machine, with its hidden grouphead...too bad I think...

The BZ13 isn't being discontinued in North America. We worked directly with Bezzera to update the existing BZ13 PM/DE, which will be sold exclusively by Whole Latte Love.
