I liked this one although I'm used to the other 2 where it's only 10sec rest between each interval doing 2 each within a hour

Excellent but difficult asf for me. Had to increase rest periods because I simply don't have the muscle endurance for this. Hopefully soon i'll get to 20 seconds of rest!😅

My ropes keep getting tangled during use, I assume this is because the post it’s looped around is head level but I also don’t have anything low to the ground that’s sturdy enough.. oh well. Good video 👍
