But that'd be asset thirsty. Modders will need to add more physical car parts to the car model as "extra bodygroup". If you mean performance tuning, then that'd be easier (slightly messing with car handling data). For physical appearance tho, then either by converting car models from V, adding basic in-game stuffs first like "extra" bodygroup found in cars like the Stratum, Uranus, Cavalcade, Sentinel, and many other cars, and/or build from scratch. Also, if the mod is being made collaboratively, then the car customization category should correspond with every single available part for that car (fenders, bumpers, scoops, spoilers/wangs, etcetc).

Man, the character switch works so good, not technically speaking but for gameplay, makes me think that it was originally planned for this release but scrapped out due to hardware limitations at the time, but taking on count that the 3 stories are connected and are happening at the same time then doesnt sound too crazy to think that rockstar planned to make us switch betwen characters as the story progressed, giving us, the players, the perspective of a narrator instead of playing each individual story by its own and then have to connect all and figure out the thread of the story

Actually GTA III had dismemberment only on Windows port. PS2 required a cheat code to make it work, while Xbox and newer versions had Vice City's skeletal system which didn't use separate connected polygons but a more human-like character anatomy

GTA 3 had the revolutionary 3D graphics. Vice City had the best vibe and soundtrack. San Andreas had the best and most content (that wasn't pay to play) VC: Stories had empire building. LC: Stories was... muh. GTA 4 and the episodes had the best physics and story. GTA 5 had the best graphics and customization... so far.

It's no more available in the GTA III Definitive Edition (I should say Defective Edition) The Blood and Gore this to cut people body parts are exclusive on Original Vanila GTA 3 PS2/PC/XBOX. P.S Some one tell me if that thing is in Mobile Version of GTA III I know only about GTA III DE. In GTA III DE if i am not mistaken you can only cut head with weapons but not other parts of people body's like in OG of GTA III. And also they are no TOP Down Camera either on GTA III DE that present only in the original too.

For graphics if it’s left like the original release it would be amazing maybe only lights especially at the top of skyscrapers and around store front lights and more lights to represent LIBERTY CITY being close to NYC like late night store lights all the original graphics are great even on the XBOX SERIES if you can get that Xbox upscaled version please on the original graphics and only do the LIGHTS other stuff and cars could be added with the side missions for GTA 4’s Multiplayer the interiors are always great if possible to have every projects building have the same interior from the Algonquin top left 3 buildings for the rooftop mission racing up the stairs giving the ability to walk in more apartments

@@TheRastafarianStuff it's nowhere close to GTA 5. It has the worst missions in the franchise, worst atmosphere, flawed story, boring radio stations, empty lifeless world, overated physics. Every detail in GTA 5 is totally missing in GTA 4. You could walk into a store and Rob an NPC, running for a while will make you sweat, power lines sway in the wind, GPS signals are lost when you enter a tunnel, backfiring cars ignite gas trails, NPCs will compliment you on your car if you spend money customising it, NPCs will even take out their phone and film you if you get up to any wild shenanigans, following female NPCs will make them nervous and they will look over their shoulders…the game has a near-ridiculous level of detail. In GTA 4 all of these are impossible and more. Yes you can pick cans in GTA 4 and can't do that in 5 but that isn't a immersive detail plus you can pick up snow in GTA 5. Your clothes get wet in water, you could dive underwater, customize your clothing, haircuts, tattoos, weapons, vehicles and many more in GTA 5 but all of these are impossible in GTA 4. GTA 4 didn't even have police station interiors and freaking garages to begin with 🥴

Top down camera is kidda fucked Previous GTA title Can have this view because the driving style is more an arcade style and the roads are pretty straight, flat and large. GTA 4 driving style + road don't really merge greatly with this top down view. But its still good to have this camera option! Like the cinematic one!
