Hi Cambria! It’s so simple but I really needed to hear that “their pace is not your pace.” I felt like God was speaking to me through you. Thank you!

Cambria, I just wanted to share with you, I watched your videos a lot about 8 years ago a loved watching you channel. I struggled a lot with anorexia and over working out. I also was into drugs. But always felt closer to God when watching your videos. I struggled a lot but really looked up to you. I stopped watching much KZbin so for several years I haven't watched your videos. during that time God really worked on my heart and brought me to my knees and I surrendered my life to Him. So fast forward I've been getting really bad headaches for several years and recently have been thinking/told it is hormone related. and I came across your channel again and you talk so much about this stuff. I have really loved watching your videos again. And it is such a reminder of God grace and where I was when I first watched your videos vs. where I am now. Thank you for sharing your struggles and heart. Keep on for His Glory alone. Love you! -Elliott (I'm a girl haha)

Thank you for sharing so much good information to so many women! I am an NTP and (almost) registered dietitian and it’s so refreshing to see there are people out there like me who truly care about nourishment to the mind, body and soul ❤ Praying for you and your rainbow baby one day! I also had a miscarriage my first pregnancy…fastforward 3 years later and I have not one but TWO boys who are my whole world. God is good and His timing is perfect. Sending you love ❤

I had my gallbladder removed in 2018, miscarriage in 2019 (three healthy babies before that) and now I deal with super dry skin, Candida, mold exposure and all the grief and stress and panic attacks wrecked havoc on me. I know low bile production plays a huge role and I honestly struggle because I don’t feel there is enough info out there on this. There is a reason women have gallbladder issues after babies-because it’s linked to hormone estrogen health!!! I only know of Dr Beth westie and dr Mindy Pelz who are spreading awareness of this and sharing how to manage hormones. Please share more with us. Now that I’m out of my grief fog 3 years later I’m finally addressing my gut health again. Thank you!!

I love what you said about timelines. I'm 36 and I hate those timelines. I didn't;t start driving until I was 35! I was terrified and I still didn't feel like I was ready. This year, at 36, it might have taken awhile but I feel better about doing it. It is still very scary for me but I can do it but it has to me on my timeline. The same thing with being a mom. I don't know if I want to be a mom. I don't know if i will be or not, but I'm 36. There's still time despite what people think. It has to be on my timeline though when I feel like I'm ready or not and I won't be, which is okay too.

I Love to be of service and offer healing relaxation and wanted to go all the way become a holistic health practitioner but life happened and I didn't get that far! Wow! This is so interesting to me. I would love to hear your thoughts on food allergies. I’ve been told by a chiropractor that does “muscle testing” that I have the most food allergies he’s ever seen. I went off dairy, gluten, garlic, onions, eggs, cruciferous vegetables, legumes, caffeine, alcohol and cocoa. Drs have told me that I have “unexplainable infertility”. What kind of testing would you get if you were me? Like you said in this video, I feel like I’m in food prison! And it doesn’t really feel like that’s solving the root of the issue.

Thank you for sharing your story... Do you have a video on the gut health? I take antibiotic everyday to prevent UTI. I have been told take probotics daily and avoid sugar like the black plague, and it doesn't help.
@CambriaJoy Жыл бұрын
I’m right there with you that never helped me either! Targeted strains of probiotics can be extremely beneficial with food. Sometimes you have to take them with every meal for gut repopulation. Yes! I have a video on gut health just a couple videos back. It seems like you might benefit from working with a practitioner who can assess where you’re at with a GI map. Kale diagnostics is taking new clients I hope that helps you 🤍

I am interested in this very much. I've had some rough struggles and I do believe it relates to my hormones and now have gut issues that at times is painful. And most general and even GI docs don't know much about how to fix it. They would say, let's give you antacid....my response, what do I avoid, what do I do to fix this naturally.....their response, just take a pill.
