The closest on to me is 5 hours away. You can submit a request on their website to open one near you but that hasn’t worked for me yet.

The problem with using Brazil Nuts to provide selenium is that the content of selenium varies significantly from almost nothing to very much, depending on the soil they grew on and other factors. Thus, you should either know the exact selenium content of the specific Brazil Nuts you use or supplement selenium instead.

i know you love garlic (me too haha) so you have to try the garlic tik tok trend! its pickled garlic with siracha, korean chili powder or any chili powder thats not crushed red pepper and thyme! you just shake it up and eat it plain

I love the TJ hauls, sadly though, on the east coast stores don't carry some of the west coast ones. I've been wanting to try the eggplant hummus forever. I couldn't get the Everything But the Bagel potato chips or the vegan cupcakes from your last video, but I did try those dried mushrooms and omg...they were amazing! Also the Tzaziki yum
