Love this series so much!!! It is hard to say no to some of the really bad things in the grocery store. Oreos are my weakness! Whenever I feel like grabbing a pack I just head over to the health food sections and grab something I've never tried before to treat myself in a different way. And I love watermelon it is so good! My favorite way to have it is chopped up with some blueberries and a squeeze of lime juice!

Nice informative video with breakdown of label meanings. Shopping tips were great (white board suggestion 👍). Just to add a best practice tip for shoppers: always by perishables (frozen & refrigerated) items last to shorten time out freezer or refrigerator until you get home. And purchasing bags that keep food cold for shopping is great for hot days and longer trips. Keep the great videos coming. Can't wait till you get that network show+

Awesome, incredibly informative video. Kevin, one thing I believe was missed on this video is that if a product carries the USDA Organic label, it's also non GMO. Because the US does not (yet) require GMO labeling, this is one sure fire way to know your item is not genetically modified. To my family, this is by far the most important thing to consider when purchasing food. Thank you so much for sharing. God bless.

Excellent video brother, I just want to clarify the concept of GMO. A GMO is an organism (plant or animal) that does not add DNA from another organism, only turn on or off certain genes to produce more or less proteins or enzymes. On the other hand Transgenic Organisms, in fact have DNA transferred from other organisms to produce proteins or enzymes that do not occur naturally. And as you mention it is important to know the effects in the short and long term when consuming these foods before consuming them.
