Jim Kwik I follow you since 2018 . You love what you do .This is the key in everything every person do it. I do the exercises the animals memory. I suffer to learn quickly second language more faster. I am from Colombia 🇨🇴,Costa Rica 🇨🇷 and United States 🇺🇸. When you make seminars or conference in public such us TED’s talks. The suggestion the Dr. Neurologist and father died the Alzheimer’s he never says How can prevent ,Exercises ,healthy food ,sleep the same in your book 📚 limitless.
