How did the meth get in his system at 3 months old??? She wasn't breast feeding
@nonmihiseddeo41812 жыл бұрын
@@amandagreene7481 You're not gonna see this, because YT doesn't let us see our notifications anymore, but where meth is used, it gets into the environment, such that people and even animals can come into contact with it unknowingly. CBS 8 in San Diego reported that in a suburb called Hillcrest, people are walking their dogs, and the dogs are being exposed to meth out on their walks. Veterinarians are reporting multiple dogs coming in with symptoms like vomiting, convulsions, involuntary leg jerking. The dogs are admitted to a pet hospital for diagnosis, IV support, and testing for liver toxicity. So, I think environmental exposure is how this poor baby got exposed to meth after his birth. His parents were using in the house, and Dylan simply breathed the air.

I'm just now seeing these videos, a year later. I kind of stumbled upon them while researching something else. I've spent an entire day watching and my heart is literally broken in pieces for this precious little boy. I took a break and went over to my son's just so I could hold my 16 month old grandson, just to feel his little body and give him a kiss, to tell him how loved he is. This case had to be hard on the prosecutors, the detectives and especially the witnesses who pulled this baby out of the well. I was on the jury of a kidnap/murder trial in the early 90s and everything I saw and heard that week are still with me as if it just happened. None of us can comprehend why, especially with drug addicted parents, this baby was given back to them and not placed into a loving forever home where he would be celebrating his 2nd birthday. Baby Dylan is in the arms of Jesus, a beautiful little angel 😇 and though nothing will ever bring him back, I'm happy to see justice served for this beautiful little boy. Fly high sweet baby 💙💙💙

the same thing happened to me. discovered this case online thru some random thing and now I'm watching all the trial coverage. Jessica's only genuine emotion was for herself. she's heartbroken about being caught & never being able to do drugs again. she's not actually heartbroken over what she did to that poor baby. it just breaks my heart. I have 2 boys... but always wished I could have more. I have serious health issues: my spine is fused from my shoulderblades to my pelvis, my pelvis & spine are screwed together, &I'm in constant pain. I don't know that i could successfully have another child... and it kills me every day. i would have cherished this little one. there are so many people out there who would have cherished him. i am grateful that Dylan is in a place where no harm can ever befall him again. he can finally have peace. he can finally be safe. but I'm sobbing as I type this because he deserved safety and love HERE and it kills me that he only knew love for a couple of weeks of his brief time on earth. God bless his foster mother. may Dylan's memory be a blessing and a comfort to his TRUE family--the woman who loved him & her family.

Same, I didn't even know about this case! My husband had to pause it and hold me because I was ugly crying so hard! That poor little baby boy! I don't know why I watch cases like this that prosecutor rocked when Jessica was on the stand!

It’s very clear that every single person who testified stated Jessica Groves was cold, uncaring, and refused to assist anyone who tried to help them in any way....when she takes the stand and is cross examined by Prosecutor Hutchinson we all get to see her horrid personality....she doesn’t deserve to be able to procreate children ...lets see how nasty and evil she behaves in prison, she won’t last long!

Begging the cops not to kill the dogs ...because they would be "crushed". So worried about how "badly" they are being treated by the police, how they are going to be "robbed blind", and someone going to get the dogs from the shelter.....how that older child has survived is beyond me.

Y’all gotta think though. That baby was underwater for months in the summertime. He was decomposing. I’m not saying that he was in perfect health when he died, but I’m sure he lost a lot of tissue just from natural decomp.

My heart breaks for this beautiful baby ❤️. I’m just wondering what kind of life the other child in the house had. He grew up with these two as parents. You know they didn’t just start abusing drugs right before they had the baby, obviously this was years in the making. It just makes me sick to think of what his little life was like and what he saw happen with his baby brother. Hopefully he did not inherit any of their evil traits.

This Judge exemplifies what every Judge should strive to be. He is always courteous- patient. He keeps his composure throughout. I don't know how he does it. No telling what he must be feeling inside having to listen and watch this. This case is horrific. Baby Dylan should have never been placed in his father's physical custody. Huge failure by parents and Dept for Families and Children. Unfortunately our Social Workers are bombarded with huge cash loads. And the system is flawed. This is the result. The drug epidemic has amplified the burden of Social Services. But this problem needs to be fixed. Too many children dying at the hands of their parents. Truly sad. It could have been prevented. All the unanswered calls. Missed appts- failure to do what they were to do. Simple communication to the drug classes, his alleged employer, all should have prompted immediate removal. The older child was removed. The Foster mother cared for baby Dylan. No wonder the Social Worker doesn't want her face shown. Complete failure.

If this woman would give a birth at home instead of hospital where the baby got registered as new human being, and then kill him, nobody would ever find out. Just glad 15 yrs old son made it till 15 and living with aunt and uncle. The only reason why the two have been together 24 yrs is that if you constantly on drugs you don't count days, months or even yrs. That's why.
