good video ,very nice discus. Yes discus are so beautiful and not hard to keep. Keep it simple water changes regularly, 25% weekly min. 1 fish per 10 gal. and good food . Varied diet beefheart, pellets flake , brine shrimp .

Discus Divana would a 60 gallon cube-24 inches x 24 inches x 24 inches be good for a breeding pair of Discus. i have always bred my Discus in 90 gallon tanks with ro/di water and minerals i put back in i buy from Germany. I saw your video and thought that was a brilliant set up with the cube tanks, never seen that before with Discus. When i hear back from you i can buy some of the 60 gallon cube tanks from my local petco, they would have to special order them for me. Again Great Video Joe H Navy Seabee

Hello Joe! I bred my discus in 60 gallons before yes. A tad small but can be done. I find if your filtration is gentle bit good, then the discus breed. My European animals liked the very clean water, but my Asian discus pairs often bred in more mature tanks with a bit of biofilm and algae in the systems. I like cubes simply because the discus babies do not get lost to the other side and attaches within 6 hours onto the parents in a cube system.

I like to read my pairs. Some pairs are not happy in small tanks while others are. I have several size tanks for different discus. If they don't breed, keep eating eggs, fight with each other, I often then change shape or size until they're happy. But most success in cubes yes.

Discus Divana, i gave you the tank size in inches-let me give you the tank size in centimeters, it would be 91.44 cm long 45.92 cm wide and 60.96 cm tall this would be a 65 gallon tank for a breeding pair of discus, i usually use a 121.92 cm long 45.92 cm wide 60.96 cm tall this is a 90 gallon tank. than you Joe H Navy Seabee
