In a previous video you mentioned the value of selling in a farmers market at least for 6 months to learn about your customers, interact with them etc. I hope you get time to do a video that covers how you get set up for selling at a farmers market, how you transport your produce and set out your stall, how you prepare your produce, how do you stop them from wilting in the sun, what happens to the produce you don't sell that day etc. I'm sure others would find this interesting too :)

Hey Mike, I do plan on making these episodes without a doubt. I'm glad to know people are interested in it. I have advice on all the things you mentioned. I'm hoping I can do it at the beginning of fall. It's difficult because I do everything by myself, so I'll need someone to come with me to help me film and set it up, it's a bit tricky, but I WILL get it done because I know it will really help people!

That's really REALLY great. Your input on those subjects will be really an education. For me they are seriously critical steps in the 'field to fork' journey, if you know what I mean. I appreciate it will take time, as you are a 'one-man-band'. Also, just to say, everything you put on here, on your youtube channel, is so helpful. A huge THANKS for that :)

@@mikedeman5351 I agree. I have taken sage cuttings, willow water until the roots came, potted them up and looking good so far. Rooting rosemary now. Having christmas market hoping to sell some there, Also dried the herbs.

You are easy on the ear (and eye!) sir and very helpful to someone starting out on herb propagation. I was a bit concerned about your comment about not wanting to support weak genetics as I am a product of weak genetics! However I was a bit bigger than the average cutting in the beginning! Haha Thank you. Blessings and peace

I normally use the same water until it roots and just add more if it evaporates. Try an experiment where you do change out the water and see if you notice a difference!

@JohnHarris, @Nature'sAlwaysRight: My first visit to your channel via Green Thumb , and I like it without even watching the whole episode! I've propagated some plants, succulents, tomatoes, rosemary often. NEver used rooting hormone, but thinking of getting some for better survival of the hard to propagate types of cuttings. Fascinating that organic honey can be used... how marvelous and simple. My question is does it have to be straight from the hive and comb?( someday!) or can I use an organic honey as long as it hasn't been pasteurized/ heated too hot? Thank you in advance, and best of Luck with your Channel

I'm only 35 seconds in and am confused already. You mentioned "erbs" and "hormones". They both begin with an 'h' yet you left it off when mentioning herbs. Un-confuse me, please . . . Cheers . . . sometimes I'm not always right - it's natural.
