How was your yield. I checked every site stated beets couldn't be cropped without soil. I hate the expense of soil and desperate to grow microgreens in green 9 by 13 trays with dehydrator silicone mats and bottom watering. Merci for the share! 🌱 Do the seeds push down into the paper towrl medium effectively. Or should I do smaller quantities like yours? 🤔

@@sherrydillahunty9354 without soil you can't grow beets leave alone paper towels or silicon mats they not meant for beets and spinach Follow this method maybe you may get around 70% yield First soak the seeds for 4hrs Transfer the seeds on a clean dry cloth let them dry for 15 minutes not more than that Transfer to a good potting mix cover the seeds with vermiculite powder as top soil Put weight for 24hrs Then put the dome on the top for blackout Remember to mist on the top well When the shoots rise keep under grow light and continue misting well on top and with little water under for the roots You will get good results All the best, keep growing 👍

​@@SeedBasketDo u grow your beet microgreens hydroponically all the time? Does the hull hang on to the cotyledons? I don't like to use soil either. All growers say how difficult it is to high yield!!!! YAHSOME job! 🙌🏾🌱
