I’ve lost almost 150 lbs in last year, avoided diabetes, and I am no longer in danger of having a heart attack. I’m only 32 and already was at lowest point of my life. One random day your video just popped up on my home page and because of the way you approach your videos it felt like you really believe in us, ordinary people. Chris you are such an inspiration and one of my hero’s. You saved my life from harming myself. I was extremely unhappy with myself and suffered in silence. I thought I was the most garbage ugliest human being alive. My esteem was getting lower and lower. I was so unhappy about my body and looks. But your videos and knowledge has helped me so much. I been going to the gym since early March and changed so many habits. I cleared my mind and began working on my physical and mental heath. And just in a span of almost 5 months I completely feel great and amazing. I feel proud handsome and most importantly happy. I went from 302 pounds to 227 pounds. 75 pounds lost and muscle gained because of hard work and commitment. Not to sound weird but I love and respect you so much, you will always be one of my role models!!! Thank you always.

Hey Chris, I’m an Australian living in spa country in Victoria. I just wanted to let you know that the CP division and in particular you, have been a brilliant motivation for me. I’m 62 and have been in the gym for 43 years - no real breaks / maybe 2 weeks off at any one time. I’ve been big(ish) but mostly just in really good shape. I had a big hernia surgery last Oct and decided on the other side of the op to have a real good crack at getting in the best shape possible - for me. I’m 6 ft tall and weigh around 85kg with pretty low body fat. My general body shape is similar to yours, obviously not as big… I’m an ecto/meso. Your YT vids have been great for me. I train in my home built gym every morning at around 6.30am. My routine is very similar to yours and I’ve always been a fan of the smith for squats and incline press. Most importantly I’ve taken on your diet regime and the protein pancakes in particular are the best! Well, I just wanted you to know that you sir, are an inspiration - even for an old school old dude. And, I’m now in the best shape in maybe 20 years. Thanks CB and keep the videos coming. Tim 👍🏼 (oh and I believe you are a VAG car fan? I run a tuned monstrous RS3 8V- 550 WHP.. I love it👊🏻)

@@yoshitrainer Turns out I was thinking of William Li, I have no clue who Will Tennyson really is. Greg Doucette is nothing but a salesman. He has sold multiple bogus products in the past such as his fat burner with woefully under-dosed ingredients or his turkesterone that barely even contained any turk which is already a sketchy supplement. He still talks about antiquated concepts like "ectomorphs" and occasionally just says things that are flat out retarded, such as suggesting hard-gainers should smoke weed because it gives them the munchies and "improves your sleep" ( it doesn't, it prevents you from entering a state of deep sleep and won't let you recover fully overnight.)
