@@TamarZaidel what kind of question is that? If you train your muscle it grows, when you burn calories, you can burn fat. The answer is not easy and with only 20 minutes you won't reach any of it, consistency, exercise and good nutrition is the key of healthy and toned body.

Day 1✅: The burn!!! It was really hard but also really fun so I managed to complete it. Day 2 ✅: The timing seemed quick but it was satisfying completing another day. The last bit burned alot. ❤

Hi Anna! This is one of the best workouts ever! Love that you keep a good pace - ie not too fast, the counting, % and preview cues are very helpful, the song choices are great, and it's also great you finished with stretches. Thank you for your content!

I love this workout! All the exercise burn in a good way and there’s absolutely no time wasted with long intros our outros. As someone who really wants to get in shape and workout consistently but never has a chance to go to the gym, these videos are so nice. Im definitely going to check out some of your other workouts! ❤

Guyz am going to do this workout for 2 weeks daily and gonna update you'll Current measurements Waist 32 Both hips together 39 Inner thigh 24 Weight 58 Day 1 : smashed it🔥 Day 2 : did it Day 3: done Day 4: feeling like losted some inches but I didn't 😅😅 Day 5: nailed it after one week I'll measure myself can't wait omg Day 6 : ✅ tomorrow I'll measure myself let's see what happens Day 7: skipped due to menstruation So I have measured myself it's 38 am happy even I have lost 1 pound Day 8: skipped due to menstruation Day 9: did it👍 Day 10: smashed it 🔥🔥 Day 11: done ✅ Day 12:missed Day13: smashed 🎉 Day 14: did it My last day of two week challenge I think I have lost 2 pounds and one inch this workout is definitely effective I would recommend everyone over there thank you ❤️❤️

I love this one😻 i did it few minutes ago at 11 30 at night😅 i am little bit crazy it is too late but i had a big motivation to get stronger, no matter what time it is. I am trying to have a healthy relationship with food and excercising as well because a had an ed. Sometimes its not that easy but i am trying listening to my body and be careful. Sport was like just burner of calories and its bad so i stopped turning on my watches while i work out. I try to change my mind and take working out something for building strenght, be stronger, overcome myself and get off my minds and feel better physicaly and in the most important menatally. Please take care and be nice on yourself and dont forget resting! And not last but least Happy 1.st DECEMBER🎄🥰 P.S. .✩+* start: june 1, 2024 *+✩. note: - i'm doing a variety of other workouts, as well as heavy lifting and strength training concurrently with this video - i'm only doing this workout once a day bc i'm doing the other things - i'm kinda going for a more muscular look (so i'm focusing on muscle mass too and not just slimming) - i'm not really following a specific diet but i'm trying to eat less carbs/processed foods/sugar and more protein/fruits/veggies/clean day 1: ✅ doneee, it burned haha, but if I can spend hours on social media I can spend 20 minutes for this workout :) day 2: ✅ done, it felt like it went by so quickly so just do it!
