That was so good. Because I have been all about my abs recently I did 30 against 10. I had to stop and reverse a lot of the work-outs but it was worth it. Thank you Anna.

Oh yeah!!! I definitely improved since last time. I was able to do the hollow rock which I could never do before! Maybe not as perfect as Anna ,but definitely a start 💪😁

Thank you so much for make this wish come true. I always says anna make some abs workout. Awesome effect in 20 minutes. I can understand the effort to made these workouts. You looks like 28, workout like 18 and energetic and flexible like 10.👍. I am following your workouts from past 6-8 months during this panademic and not even a single day I thought of even going to a gym. Whenever you need that just play your video and get motivation and energy to make ourself fit early in the morning.
