I've been consistently following Anna's workouts for about 6 months and am amazed at how much stronger I'm feeling! I went from absolutely no upper body strength to now doing this workout successfully! I hope this can encourage you if you're in a similar place I was at the beginning. You CAN do this! 💖

This workout was AMAZING! Just the right amount of burn and intensity I needed to get into the workout mood again. I’m so glad I found you. Been feeling low on motivation to get back on track for more than a year not properly working out. Also, I came for the workout but need to give a big appreciation for the selection of music, nothing beats a good track to keep you going!!!! LOVE IT 😍

To all the beginners try this out without weights 💪 So I am at the office finishing my work and I decided to actually do this, before I check out. No weights, no gym clothes or shoes. Let me tell you my average bpm was 124 with a max of 142. I am female, 49 yo, 157 cm height and 73 kilos (yes overweight)... It was intense, not easy but glad I managed... ❤ Thank you sweetie... ❤🙏

This looks so fun! I can’t wait to try it on my workout day! The suitcase exercise is a new one to me, but I already love it 😂 Edit: Did it a few times now and *phew* the last three exercises are really tough 😅 I really have to keep my breathing in check so my BPM doesn’t go up to like 190. Otherwise it’s exactly as fun as it looked ☺️

I love these sorts of workouts, I did my workout with a kettle bell and it worked the same, the only thing I struggled with was bicep curls and etc but otherwise an amazing sweaty workout! X
