13:45 A quadratic fit to 3 points will always have an R value of exactly 1. You can always find a parabola that passes through any 3 points. More generally, for n points you can always find a polynomial of order n-1 that passes through them.

Is there a control group? These small changes might be accounted for by the subjects' knowing that they're being observed, resulting in them subconsciously eating healthier, getting more exercise, getting to sleep earlier... Often there are improvements in a control group as well as the experimental group but if the treatment actually works then the improvement will be significantly greater in the experimental group. A control group could tease that out.

would one of the Thymus Secretagauges Peptides be strong enough to regenerate the Thymus Gland like cjc/ip? I wonder if using the sauna everyday would be enough to regenerate the Thymus with increasing HGH from the heat stress?

26:42 I wonder why the man went up so fast in aging, what would have happened if treatment didn't resume? Maybe it's going back up fast to get back to the red dot but that would mean that he didn't actually go down in age entirely, or maybe his habits worsened accelerating his aging, which would be the best scenario. Or in the worst case scenario the treatment some how sped up his aging as an after effect and would have kept going up that fast if treatment hadn't resumed.

Interesting would like to try it ,I have tried before a crelin mimicker that rises the growth hormone,after stopping I saw some benefits, like insulin sensitivity but when it came to controlling high blood sugars I used more protein rich diet and some extra insulin , worked ok I was like I had free pass for carbohydrates it was kinda nice, but a lot of craving for them

Growth hormone shortens lifespan.
@lolcano2346
@lolcano2346 2 жыл бұрын
@@yourdailydoseofreality3219 Not that simple... lifespan is not the same as health and health in turn consists of different things, some of which are diametrically opposed to one another.. for example, it is an emerging fact that longevity is achieved at the expense of performance and vice versa. Things like growth hormone and testosterone are strongly performance enhancing and rejuvinative, at least in the short term. More conservative use of both these things may even be beneficial to longevity in the long term, not just performance An ideal approach to biological augmentation would be something that somehow combines the best of both worlds. No point spending your whole life fasting and pursuing things like the keto diet and calorie restriction if doing so severely limits your ability to optimize for athletic performance- which currently appears to be the case. There is a reason why the average person who pursues longevity within the current paradigm is a straight weakling As for growth hormone, Sinclair himself has recently talked about a study which successfully reduced people's scores on the Horvath epigenetic ageing clock through use of growth hormone, metformin and DHEA. This would imply that things aren't as simple as "growth hormone shortens lifespan"
@yourdailydoseofreality3219
@yourdailydoseofreality3219 2 жыл бұрын
@@lolcano2346 Health and longevity aren’t the same, but they are very strongly positively correlated. Your idea that a conservative use of testosterone and growth hormone might end up being beneficial for longevity is pure assumption. Meanwhile, we know that one common trait among different centenarians is a low level of IGF-1, the synthesis of which is induced by growth hormone. I don’t know what’s your ideal of biological augmentation. The classification of “ straight weaklings” is also purely subjective. The reason most people pursuing longevity don’t care about being “ athletic” is simply because they don’t need to. Being “athletic” is not how you succeed in the 21st century, unless you are a professional athlete, who earns his bread by being athletic. If that’s not your case, your excessive concern with enhancing physical performance sounds like a biological anachronism. And yes, increased levels of performance come at the expense of longevity. But to each their own. We still have no idea what epigenetic clocks actually measure. And they are indeed too sensitive to even the simplest interventions, such as exercise, which is definitely not my idea of a rejuvenation therapy.

@@yourdailydoseofreality3219 To be honest, I never understood the argument that low igf-1 levels contributes to a longer life span. If low levels of IGF-1 levels contribute to cancer, then that would men older people should not be acquiring cancer as much, because their levels would be low to begin with due to declining age, but that is simply not the case. Also, as a 43 year old male, I thought my best years that is referring to how I felt physically, were 18-28 and that is when your testosterone levels and IGF-1 levels are at its highest, for a man and so that would make me assume that those two hormones should be optimal at all times. Of course, all of this is just speculation and I am just brainstorming.
@yourdailydoseofreality3219
@yourdailydoseofreality3219 2 жыл бұрын
@@unbiasedcop9180 The higher igf-1, the higher the risk of cancer. If you survive past the age of 85, cancer risk indeed starts to decline. Only around 4% of centenarians die of cancer. Most of them die of cardiovascular disease.

I looked up The Riverside parapsychology group, they put me in touch with a woman. she asked me, has he had anything wrong with his throat? but she also said, the throat is blue, but you saw green?and i said yes he just had throat surgery, now home recovering. She said, oh! that's his heart Chakra etc. The color was Brilliant neon green. It was dark in our room, so i saw it brilliantly hovering over his body w/his bvreath. an even steady band about as wide as my hand. Changed my life forever. Thanks for knowing.
