great video, thanks for the explinations, a bit different to say a standard carbon steel lathe tool, which looks simmilar to this, esp. at the top (fyi this top bevel {in mustard colour in your model}, is called a 'rake angle' and IS important, this facilitates the chip removal off of the cutting edge, like in a wood plane (the chip guard), or in a metal lathe tool, this allows the chip to break, and not curl into a dangerous length which can cut you, the "RE-SHAPE" is the releaf angle, to prevent the tool touching the part and excessively heating it, or the tool tip, due to friction, also this angle forms the cutting edge, along with the heel (micro-bevel), these also give the tool it's steering, any geometric mis-alignment causes the tool to steer left or right, instead of straight ahead ( this also controls how deep the tip can cut).
