Could you do a video on the Scottoiler or at least a couple of pictures? I have a Kawasaki ER-6F 2015 but wasn't sure where I would be able to fit a scottoiler so haven't got round to doing it yet. I've also got the Akrapovic carbon tip exhaust on mine and couldn't be happier - makes a huge difference! My friend has an arrow on his and the sound just isn't the same. Left the muffler in as it's crazy loud with it off! Thanks!

+Chris Page I can do - I didn't install the scottoiler myself. I was in the same boat as you, and eventually got a local bike shop to do it for me. The reservoir goes under the back seat handy enough. I was looking at cans or full exhausts, maybe in the new year. Although I'm also possibly changing the bike entirely, so we'll see what happens after I do a few test rides in the spring :-)

Good review, a quick comment and question: 1. The "pillion footrest mount" is rubber mounted which explains why it doesn't feel "solid" but in my opinion it should reduce the amount of vibrations to the pillion's legs. 2. Did you have to drill a hole on the inner cowl to mount the GIPro DS indicator? I had to do so to mount a Dimotiv USB power supply. I agree totally that the ER6F is a very good choice for a first big bike. It is an easy rider but at the same time it's no slouch when you open that throttle to the max.

+Gorga Naibaho Aye, I know it's rubber mounted, but there's far too much 'play' in it for my liking - the footrest is at the end of a 'stalk' that increases the movement a lot. No drilling, no tools involved at all for the gipro - it sticks with a 3M sticky pad to the cowl, then you route the cable between the tank and the plastic fairing, then under the seat to the back. You can lift the tank and put it under there properly, but I didn't see the need.

Im doing my DAS as the moment. I'd really like this or the ER-6n. I'm 6.1 and when i sat on the bike at the shop i felt a bit too big for it and I was struggling to rest my foot on the back brake without feeling cramped. Have you found this?

+Lance Flanagan Yeah, it ain't a big bike. Sit on more bikes I'd say at your size, I'm 5'10" and I find it a bit cramped for any length of time.

I told this to the guy in the shop and he sat me on a Versys 1000. As a new rider, i didnt feel confident with how big and heavy it was. I'll just have to man-up! cheers

It is a great Bike. It looks great,The Engine is great, the Gearbox is good . But the Built quality isn't that great. I wonder why?

This Bike is easy to handle. It isn't a widow maker like some other Bikes. It is fun to ride
