Snowpiercer was so underrated. One of my favorite movies of all time.

The initial idea was unless something is not constantly in motion, it will freeze. One company's solution was perpetually running Train, that is The Snowpiercer. The Train eventually turned into a kind of isolated society, a microcosm, with each car displays unique traits. The front part, the ruling classes, adapt to this new "world", while the rear part, the working classes dissatisfied and rebelled. The movie showed this classic class struggle in a very novel way and whether this oppression is justified. The ending was great too, might change how you perceive the world. The blatant Korean elements were distracting though. Still, a very good movie. Should receive greater recognitions.

Your questions are weird... Did you really watch the movie? Something did break and that's the final dilemma. Train never stops so it generates heat which prevents freezing, basic physics. They just walked out of the train proving Chris Evans' hypothesis that the ice is thawing, but everyone was so afraid leaving their paradise that they didn't want to admit it.

Whiplash I saw it had a very high score on IMDb. The short story description didn't even appeal to me that much but the cast was interesting. I was completely blown away by the performance, the story telling and the ending. I absolutely loved it!

In my opinion, this list is for a kid who has a newfound love of cinema and goes on to write a list of all the films that inspired him/her. Until they go on to see all those more masterful films that inspired these filmmakers. I have seen plenty of these films. Some I found uninspiring and monotonous in themes and some were okay, but none of these are enough to place on lists of must watch at least once. I have seen a fuckton of films and most of my must watch films at least once aren't even American films.

I saw Zodiac alone at the theater in a packed crowd and I loved it, then I saw it again with a few friends and I think only 1 of them liked it. I liked it for the directing, acting, mystery, and eventually I was on set with Jake Gyllenhaal for Stronger and shook his hand. I also met and got a photo with Mark Ruffalo who was nice and came to a local community college to discuss important issues about water but of course I was there for a 'selfie'.

That movie and the way it’s shot has the most brutal knife stabs I’ve ever seen. I have to look away and knife stabs never bothered me, ever and I love horror.
